Liars. They confirmed they could make a custom dress by a certain date so I started the process with them (I even gave myself a buffer by saying my event was 3 weeks earlier than it actually was in case I needed to alter it when it arrived, despite this being a custom dress). Reinee Couture said they could handle it, and I would get a sketch of the corset back I wanted when I speak with the designer. I wanted to add gloves and a bolero also. Wasn't an issue. So I paid the down payment via Remitly. No invoice was sent to me. Each time I asked for updates, or asked when I could speak to a designer, I was given timelines that came and went.
Then they asked when my event was, and I told them the real date, they pushed me back farther. They told me my fabric was waiting to arrive at production. After another few days passed and no updates, I contacted them and they said the dress was in production. How? I didn't speak to a designer yet...

I started to think it was a scam, and started looking for any other reviews online, and found Nick. He said to connect via WhatsApp to his personal cell. Never ended up hearing from him.

After sending a message for an update on what was going on they responded with:
"Hi 🤍

I wanted to update you regarding your order. Your dress is currently foreseen to be delivered around May 17th. However, due to a very high volume of orders at the moment, our production is experiencing delays.

To avoid any inconvenience or risk with your timeline, we believe the best option would be to proceed with a full refund for your order.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and we will take care of everything for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding 🤍"

I am in total shock at this point.
I came up with my own resolution since they were not being helpful at all.
I asked them to show me all the dresses they already have made in their showroom, in size medium. Someone sent individual links. Then I asked for size large. They sent me one link to all dresses that were pre-made. I found a medium dress that was not in their original links of the medium dresses.
I showed them the one I selected.
No response.
I asked them if they can alter it to my size and add gloves and a bolero.
No response.
I asked if they can ship the dress, and the other accessories later.
No response.

I called them, they denied the call and responded with asking me my bank details to reimburse me.

Disgusting. I would not recommend them anyone who doesn't have a strong stomach to order with them, unless you have a long time to wait and fight for updates. Super disappointing.

I will 100% order from here again. I saw the picture of the dress I wanted. The dress was perfect. They got my measurements and were in communication with every step of the process. I told them when I needed the dress buy and it arrived on time. The dress fit like a glove. It was made just for me. They didn't disappoint.

I actually bought two dresses from them. The first dress didn’t come exactly how I wanted it because the fabric was different. However, the second dress was perfect and I loved it. They gave me a discount on my second dress because it wasn’t how I liked it. My advice to you is to make sure you are clear with what you want. They are very good with costumer service and they make sure to show you the end result before shipping it to you. The dress also came in time so that is a plus. They are great with deadlines. I would highly recommend getting a dress here.
