I have ordered an item from this vendor on 11 May and paid the full amount. They sent me the delivery information and tracking details on 16th May.
Now it is more than 2 months and I neither received the ordered goods nor they are not responding.

Early July they sent a message to wait for few more days when I sent an email to them but as of today no news from them.

I think so, they are cheating the customer by releasing good eye catching ads in social media and then spoofing the customers.

The product got here in a good amount of time and looks great. So far, so good.

Sadly I received wrong item and doesn't fit my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra model SM N986B.
if I could get a replacement that would be very nice and a return address for wrong item. Kind regards Larry Green

Fits my phone fine but the side keys aren't always accessible unless I shake the phone. Also allows moisture underneath.

Me encantó, buen material, cumple la función de proteger el celular y el diseño es hermoso e impone elegancia. Lo único malo es que no deja funcionar la protección de huella debo entrar con otros métodos de protección.

The longer I have this case the more problems I have. My case is cracked on front and back. Only had it a couple weeks. Finger print don't work good. Camera do not show clear

Took awhile too get. But did get updates on all it had stops at. Not what I was expecting. Didn't seem as easy as commerical. Didn't seem it would look good n would have to get an adapter n drill a hole.

This tempered glass case exceeded my expectations. It's seamless design is great yet very durable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered 3 phone cases, 1 for a S25 and 2 for a S25 plus. It took some time for them to arrive. Once I received them not only where they not the cases I ordered but they don't fit for either phone. According to their packaging even if I had ordered these specific cases as they continued to claim, neither of the cases fit for either phone. They offered a fraction of what I paid and I do mean a fraction, they won't do a full refund, won't send a return label, stating their shipping warehouse is different from their return warehouse. Now, I'm stuck with product I didn't order/ can't use. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Not glass. Not magnetic. Case barely fits phone. Would NOT trust to stay together for long. No raised edge to protect screen. Color way off. Does not allow fingerprint recognition. Half-ass wireless charging.

Don't waste your time or money. I'm annoyed I even bothered even on "sale".

They advertising on Facebook. They are in China but they claimed to be USA, using address as 357 E. Spruce St , Los Alngles CA. 90723, using so many different emails: . I ordered 2 cases for the phone around $56. Once I received it , their address is DAVIDLC 3646 S. Wolcott Avenue. Chicago IL. The case doesn't fit my phone. I emailed them back and forth to exchange /refund. They said they only refund me partial which is $12.00 and they told not to contact DAVIDLC.. This company is a Scammer! I hope people will search before buying from them.
