I had a mixed experience with RemoteReps. The onboarding and activation team were great to work with. Responsive, moved quickly, and know how to coach sales people.

The problem and why so few stars is the SDRs didn't deliver, were not great to work with and we had to bring in at least 3 different ones. I think in the 3 months we worked together, they scheduled 3-5 calls and all but one no showed, and we had no closes. The turnover and lack of professionalism/how to handle calls from the SDRs made the experience a bad one.

Great team. Very attentive to our needs, easy to connect with identify how their solution oriented approach could be adapted by our org.
