The one star review may be unfair, because I never actually worked with anyone from the company. I filled out the forms, and immediately received an email from one of their employees. I responded, and tried to set up a time when we could speak. A couple more auto generated emails came through, with no acknowledgment of my efforts to book a time to talk. I was given a number, which I called a couple of times, and left messages. Nothing. That was a week ago. Not a place I'd feel comfortable doing business with, with no one responding in a timely fashion, or answering my questions.

Nous avons sollicité Giovanni et Gianpaolo pour une recherche de chambre en colocation à Rome ,pour notre fille étudiante, le 15/12/2025 ,pour un début de séjour le 15/02/2026. Le délai était donc très court, pour trouver la chambre, car L'université Romaine qu'elle avait choisie, a validé très tard l'inscription définitive de notre fille !
Qu'importe ! Ces messieurs ont été très réactifs ,ils nous ont très rapidement proposé une dizaine de choix ( A savoir :une quarantaine au total!),respectant nos critères,et à sélectionner, nous avons créé ensemble un groupe WhatsApp pour échanger QUOTIDIENNEMENT soit par message,photos ou vidéos.Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions! Ils se sont déplacés également quotidiennement pour visiter,rencontrer les propriétaires, prendre des photos ou vidéos des différents quartiers ! Ils ont été très courtois et très patients avec nous!Ils nous ont rassurés sur l'ambiance de la ville ,en particulier le soir ,car nous, nous n'étions pas rassurés de laisser notre première fille de 20 ans seule,dans une grande ville comme Rome, pour la première fois !
Nous avons finalement fini par trouver notre logement vers le 26-27 Janvier, soit moins de 15 jours avant notre départ pour Rome . Et cerise sur le gâteau, Ils nous ont vérifié le contrat de location et si tout était OK avant signature. Giovanni et Gianpaolo vous avez été parfaits tous les deux,de bout en bout !

We used Remoters.io to work with a property hunter for finding a rental in Rotterdam.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
While we understand that the market there is highly competitive and difficult, our assigned hunter barely proposed any options within our budget, even though she accepted our case knowing exactly what we could afford. On top of that, the assigned hunter (Gaelle) misrepresented our professional and financial situation to an agent, despite having full access to our documents.
We understand this was obviously not done in a malicious way, but it seems unprofessional to be lying about your clients.

When addressing this issue, the company’s support acknowledged the error but ultimately refused to take responsibility beyond the minimal refund, leaving us to resolve the situation ourselves.

While we eventually found a place on our own, this experience highlighted a lack of professional oversight and accountability from both the hunter and the platform.

I hope Remoters.io improves their quality control and ensures their hunters represent clients accurately and professionally in the future.

Corentin Rouffiadis est excellent connaisseur du marché immobilier parisien et des démarches administratives. Ses conseils, son assistance en tant qu'intermédiaire (nous ne sommes pas sur Paris) et sa grande disponibilité pour les visites nous ont été précieuses.
