This was the first time buying from Rennaclothing and everything about my experience was good.

The product was satisfactory but probably need to look at courier that is used. Courier said they had the package within a say of ordering but was not delivered for about 6 days later.

Very quick delivery, carefully packed, shoes exactly as described and what I wanted. A very good price and will get lots of use out of them.

The choice was first class;the selection and checkout process was also very efficient and easy to use. This was followed up by a really fast delivery service.

You have to wait far to long before you get your refund back

Late delivery ,no returns policy, phone number advertised is not in service . They deny receiving emails blaming service issues .constantly dragging feet.

The gillet offered good value for money but I didn't select it because of it's price. I was disappointed with the single zip which ran smoothly only after much encouragement.

Wanting to return 2 items have emailed and getting no were and it's says 7 to 10 days for me to return
