Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I’m sorry for the frustration caused by the item being out of stock and by receiving the review invitation. Trustpilot automatically sends review requests shortly after an order is placed, even if an item later becomes unavailable, which can understandably be confusing.
We do our best to keep our stock information accurate at all times, and I apologise that this wasn’t your experience on this occasion. If you’d like to discuss alternative options or if there’s anything further we can help with, please feel free to contact us directly.

So funktioniert Trustpilot
