Wouldn’t even give them 1 star they are an absolute scam! Cancelled my subscription and they continued to try and take payments from my bank which were rejected thankfully. I am now receiving threatening emails that the unauthorised £9.99 payment will be handed to what I’m guessing is a debt collector which is 1. Ludicrous and 2. Disgusting considering this is supposed to be a safe platform for people buying or renting homes! Joke of a company do not fall for the £1 trial

I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience renting through Rent a Roof in Liverpool. The flat was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. Communication was clear throughout the process and any queries were dealt with quickly. Overall, a smooth and stress-free renting experience. I’d happily recommend them.
