Looks like a normal company, we got a signed contract 2 weeks before arrival and we fixed prices 2 weeks before arrival too. Better than fighting and arguing with the company about money at the first moment of arrival. No financial problems or discussions, got back full deposit after 5 minutes test-drive. We paid by online-banking to a european bank-account. No fees. We went to Teth and Kosovo. Hiking the Valbona-Region is amazing ! Ski-ing and snow-boarding in Kosovo was fantastic ! Car went up and down the mountains without any technical problems. The campervan-companies translation-Service by phone was wonderfull, we talked to farmers in the mountains who never saw any people from Europe before. Good Internet covering everywhere in Albania.

This company is amazing and helped me much. Everyone who need a car in Albania need to buy it 🔥🔥🔥

TL;DR: Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. Our experience was infuriating from start to finish. They lie, cheat, and scam their customers. We were forced to pay for a so-called "upgrade" that we never asked for. The van broke down within two hours, leaving us stranded at a garage for 2.5 days with no compensation from the company. To top it off, they tried to keep most of our deposit. This company is a nightmare.

The website's “young French couple” is a total lie. The business is actually owned by a German guy named Jochen B**d, with Arber S***a as his henchman. We booked a van for €90 per day with a 10% discount for paying in cash. Since we didn't want to pay cash, we agreed to pay by card. Two days before our flight, the owner "upgraded" our van, supposedly because we are tall, even though he never met us. This "upgrade" cost us an extra €30 per day. After arguing, they grudgingly agreed to €100 per day, still €10 more than we initially agreed on.

We couldn’t pay by card after all, forcing us to withdraw cash, which cost us an additional €150 in fees. The discussed 10% discount suddenly dropped to 5% discount. So not only did we end up paying a higher rental fee, but we also had to cover extra banking costs. An infuriating start.

The van broke down two hours into the trip. We were stuck at a garage for 2.5 days with zero help from the company. The actual owner of the van, who is not part of the company, was incredibly kind and did his best to help us. The rental company, however, offered no replacement vehicle or any assistance. Their communication was nonexistent, and we were left wondering if we would ever get the van or our money back.

When we finally got the van back, it had persistent issues: the engine light came on, and it shook violently twice. Luckily, it didn't break down again, but the stress was overwhelming. The only good part of this ordeal was the van's actual owner, who genuinely tried to help and was very, very kind..
Returning the van was another ordeal. They insisted on a "test drive" to find something to charge us for. The German owner of the company joined us (van owner any me), clearly looking for any excuse to squeeze more money out of us. After driving around for 1.5 uncomfortable hours, nothing was found, yet they still tried to charge us for a non-existent wheel issue and a dead mobile battery, which was faulty from the start (did not charge after only 1 use).
Despite the van breaking down and ruining part of our holiday, they refused to compensate us for the lost time and stress. After a (very) heated argument, we got some money back, but it was nowhere near enough.

This company is a disgrace. They lie, cheat, and rip you off at every turn. The sweet Albanian van owners are the real victims here. Our holiday was tainted by the despicable actions of Jochen B**d and Arber S***a. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers.
