I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.
