We were impressed. We are not conventional renters as we are retired, have no rental history & our income does not come in monthly pay slips, but with a bit of liaising via email we provided all the i... Mehr ansehen

Absolutely awful company to deal with
This is by far the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with
They don’t respond to messaging or emails for days even though they say 1-2 hrs.
If you call them it’s to be told to send email that just ignored as above !
Even if you eventually get to talk to someone they simply say they’ll pass message on - and the circle of ignoring starts again
Bluntly put this company shouldn’t be allowed to deal with the public in anyway, shape or form

Never participated in this process…
Never participated in this process before, a bit of a mine field when initially going through the process, but now through it and reflecting over the experience it was ok. The RentProfile team are there and approachable to assist you through this process. Most processes are hard the first time doing it so overall a positive experience, a bit stress due to my limited digital skills.

As a Guarantor
Although this was a straight forward process, I thought it was a little confusing at times.

So funktioniert Trustpilot
