I never agreed to their rip off pricing. Stay clear, very unhelpful and you can get property viewing for free from the other groups.
They, rentumo ask to help you for a pound and then charge you a ridiculous amount every fortnight but this is all in small print and when you try cancel, they ignore you. This should be illigal.

Effective @ finding properties
Really useful website for finding rented properties, and you can filter what you’re looking for & receive notifications via email of new properties with your requirements. Especially good compared to sites like Zoopla, Rightmove and other letting agents sites as you can see private landlords posting it themselves.

Money Grabbers
I signed up for a free trial with Rentumo UK and a £19 subscription renewal was taken automatically. I cancelled the subscription shortly after noticing the charge and did not use the service.
I contacted the company immediately to request a refund. I was told they would refund me only if I left a positive Trustpilot review and sent them a screenshot. When I declined and asked for a normal refund, they refused.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.
I would advise others to be very careful with the free trial and automatic renewal.

A money trap .for subscription I want my money back that 1 star rating was by mistake just like the false subscription.this is going viral tomorrow .the bank wouldn’t.t even stop the transaction because it’s pending. Who wants to pay £19 a month to look online for a property when the same properties are on other sites for free.
