I love having access to a diverse assortment of new clothes from awesome brands. But consistently, the lack of inventory is frustrating. Typically, my 1st-5th preferred items are all unavailable

The shippping process is super-convenient and fast!

Arrived in timely fashion but did need a quick/warm iron. Clothes fit as expected and and were perfect for the occasion. Very happy with the service

I rented for the first time for my husband because he still dresses like it’s the early 2000s lol thanks for making my man dress hotter

There is very limited inventory to select from and I unfortunately purchased a gift card for my husband without knowing. Additionally, none of the items are reviewed or have a reference for sizing. It is extremely difficult to select from the items without such information. We will not be using this service beyond the gift card that I am unable to return.

Almost zero availability for clothes based off size, I wear a medium sometimes a large and the current options for shirts are almost exclusively heavy, thick, flannel long sleeves, It’s July. I have put 20+ items on my “notify me” list since signing up and have received 0 notifications about any objects…the positive thing I will say is in the rare time a find a shirt in a normal size it is very nice quality and I like the style

Customer service is super responsive, shipping is fast so I get to try and wear my clothes in a couple days!

Selection is great from some really popular brands and trendy pieces. Range is from casual date night to more formal functions like statement pieces to stand out at a wedding welcome party.

Thred is such a great option for me. I love the high quality clothes. It would be a definite 5 stars if so many of the clothes weren't sold out. I'm glad I signed up.

I like Thred in that I can choose my own clothing in my own time. Though the selection of clothes can be somewhat limited as it appears they only have a couple of each garment in each size, I like that I can choose my own items each shipment and try out styles that I normally wouldn't buy.

I have also had great and responsive customer service when interacting with reps from the company.

One thing that I would improve is shipping time. The website says 1-2 day shipping but it usually takes 3-5 full business days after I place an order which is less than ideal.

Great selection of clothes. Popular sizes may not always be in stock but there’s still plenty Ty of other options to choose from! Super prompt and fast shipping, flexible and fairly priced subscription plan! Customer service is extremely responsive.

Two of the three shirts I received smelled of very strong body odor right out of the bag as if they had not been washed.

New UPS Shipping was a great experience and look forward to using my new order of clothes!

Really great service and excellent selection. The stock gets depleted quickly and it’s sometimes tough to find an item. But love to grab new clothes as often as I can!

This is a tough review to write. If we were just taking about the clothes themselves- this company earns 5 stars. Clothes are great quality and they have great brands. But then there’s the shipping… which would earn 1 star. They advertise 2 day shipping- but for the vast majority of my orders they used USPS which regularly took more than a week to arrive. In my last two orders (and by last I mean that I’ve now terminated the subscription) shipping took MORE THAN TWO WEEKS. They still could have earned 5 stars simply by pro-rating my subscription fee to account for the use lost by the slow shipping- but their customer service effort capped out at asking me whether I had called USPS. I was disappointed to cancel- but couldn’t afford to only get 1/2 a month’s use out of the fee.

The clothes are great and I really like being able to try new outfits in this way. The only drawback was that the package required a signature and since I work during the day, the package was delayed by several days because I wasn't home to sign until finally the driver delivered it to a UPS pickup location and I had to go pick it up.

Love this service!
