Great platform. Expensive plans. Not a good value. Co-founder not friendly or helpful.
I recently singed up and build a few websites. The platform uses AI to build or redesign websites. It does a fantastic job! My sites look great! However, the pricing and cost is my concern. Firstly, I ran of out usage extremely quickly during trial and upgraded not sure how this will translate into the paid plans yet. I recommend they bump this up a bit giving people more opportunity to try before buying as I only got 2 days into trial.
On upgrade, there was an option to do monthly OR annual, saving 20%. I chose monthly to make sure it was a decent value before upgrading to annual. I went back NEXT DAY and annual plans had been removed. That is very frustrating. I reached out to support and spoke with their co-founder and he did not care which really bothered me.
I am currently looking to find something with a better value and this only does up to 4 custom domains for $25/month. Next plan jumps to $100/mo for 10 and then $200/mo for 25. This would not be a good value for those that barely go over their allotment.
IMO company needs to add additional plans (they already removed one plan for $50 I have read). And they need to bring back annual plans.
The changes that happened so quick after I joined is a huge red flag to me. And the co-founder not willing to help is also another red flag.
