Residently have been very helpful with our move to our new flat. They sent the tenancy contract agreement straight away and checked in to make sure everything was okay and whether we had any questions. They were prompt on e-mail and their app is fantastic. So easy to use and straight forward. Linh & Eloise dealt with us and they were great! We also received a lovely welcome package containing goodies and treats, such a nice way to welcome us into our new home. Thank you team Residently!
We have continuously experienced excellent customer services from Residently . Harry is just outstanding, polite, humble,professional and absolutely efficient. He is dedicated towards his work and always happy to help with a positive attitude always . Ria is as professional and prompt in her work. Thank you for making our stay so smooth .

The team could not have been more helpful and responsive. The level of communication was high and we were always able to get hold of them via email or phone. Any mix ups between ourselves and the estate agents Residently went out of their way to help resolve even though they were not at fault. We dealt with Eloise and had a great experience - would definitely recommend.

Residently helped us with our move to a new flat in London in April 2021. They have been extremely responsive and helpful at every stage - from tenancy agreement negotiations, to the move-in process, to small maintenance requests once we moved in. Their customer service is best-in-class - most emails get answered in a matter of minutes and issues get addressed quickly. Also, their tenant app is well designed and makes it easy to log in service requests or book services for our flat. I would highly recommend working with them.

Wonderful experience working with Ria and Residently! She followed up in a timely fashion and even called if something was urgent. We had some hiccups (our fault, not Residently) but Ria and her team worked closely with us to resolve.
I'm only going to use Resident.ly moving forward! They're changing the game!

Extremely friendly and helpful, everyone I have been in contact with have gone out of their way to be accommodating. A couple of final minor tweaks to iron out on the website form (asking for guarantor when combined income was sufficient) but overall extremely professional with very responsive email replies by staff.
I would happily repeat this process with residently again in the future.
Further thanks to Freddie and Kashif who were very helpful when trying to sort out a problem with the ISP. Extremely good customer service here!

Great experience working with them to rent a flat. Super responsive representatives and the app and website are very easy to use. Would very much recommend!
The only thing of note I can think of was that there was a little disconnect between the showing agent and Residently, as the showing agents are contract workers and not always 100% familiar with the property and Residently’s policies. But everything worked out smoothly, and Residently was very good about insuring that the landlord and I were on the same page and happy with our contract.

Really great experience with Residently! Each step of the move-in process was smooth and if we had any questions, the team was here to provide quick and detailed information. I was mainly in contact with Ria and Selena (thank you again both for your great services and for being so nice!) but the all team is providing great customer services!
2 weeks after moving in, we had a nice surprise to receive from Residently a 'Welcome home hampers'!
