I do like this self assessment because it seems to have accurately defined my charateristics working in groups. The overview explaining how to collaborate with other types is helpful as well.

Only criticism is not receiving notice when invoices aren't paid on time. Finding out months later that a business partner overlooked an invoice when attempt to transfer credits for another partner is frustrating. Would like to see a more proactive notification system. Missing an invoice is our fault not yours but not hearing about outstanding invoices sooner is something you can fix. When issues like these have arose your team is helpful in resolution.

I have purchased multiple DiSCs from Resources Unlimited for potential job candidates. They are so wonderful to work with. I receive access quickly, can get in touch with them via chat or email, and they provide reports and invoices fast! I have not had one negative experience with them.
