Phenomenal contract set-up experience! I worked with Chloe Tellitt who helped me get a regular pickup service contract together for the company I work for. She was diligent, a great communicator, and was a pleasure to work with.

I would not even give one star but had to give a rating. We booked this service to collect over 100 boxes, payment was asked for up front more than a month in advance which was done. the date for collection was confirmed in an email, we rang the day before. three staff members of a team of 10 were taken off site to help. on the day the company did not show up all day. As yet noone can answer why.

Chloe Tellitt has been fantastic from start to finish! She guided me through the whole process, replying to my queries quickly with lovely customer service. She made it all so easy to sort and kept me updated throughout. Chloe made it a pleasure to deal with Restore Datashred!

All went well. I had 5 bags of confidential stuff that needed to be shredded. They picked up from my home and dealt with it. All v efficient. Shamsull was very helpful throughout.

In my experience Restore Datashred do not resolve customer issues effectively. The company is dismissive, and is generally not interested in resolving their customer's issues.

We have been using restore for some time now and the service we have received from day 1 has always been outstanding. The operative that visits us each time is Jordan Valentine and he is always very polite, efficient and friendly.

Duane is always very helpful and at the end of the phone if I need him. The online submission is very easy to use and navigate when making additional commentary. Every time we use the service our instructions are carried out efficiently.

The service as a whole was brilliant, from the original phone conversation with Shamsull to arrange the collection of bags and ensure we had the bags ready for collection through to the driver who gave a helping hand during the collection. A very quick and efficient service with friendly helpful staff.

Awful customer service. Failed to turn up on two separate occasions with no explanation or prior notice.
Failed promises to attend on the second occasion as we needed to be out of the premises by month end. Customer service repeatedly advised they would call back to advise what was happening and still no returned phone call.

Every part of this job was 5star. From making the initial call to discuss the company requirements, to the actual on site shredding facility that we opted for. The driver was very helpful and even showed me how it all worked. We had a lot of paperwork to dispose of and this was such a straightforward operation it has freed up space in no time at all. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

The team are well organised, professional and you know that you are in safe hands.

Everyone has been very professional and importantly place alot of importance on their security awareness.
