Meals are tasty, filling and well packaged. I went for the 800-1000kcal plan. With side salads for lunch and dinner I don’t feel hungry in between meals. Communication and delivery is excellent. Lots of choice for all meals. Highly recommended and I will be continuing with Result Plan.

The meals are tasty and varied, there is plenty of choice.
Excellent way of ensuring portion and calorie control without having to resort to shakes / soups etc. Tried this for a week and now signed up to a three month plan

Easy to understand website and food choices. Every delivery I have received on time and well packed and correct. Good email comms. Food is tasty ( according to choices made) and initial good weight loss for 4 weeks ( ahead of target) but has plateaued last few weeks, this is on a 6 day plan. I have made decision to have a 2 week break ( wt starting to increase) but then will continue on further 4 week and expect a further sig loss during that time.

Just started my third month and lost over a stone. Considering I can't do any exercise because of osteoarthritis I am over the moon with the loss. The food is excellent and you're spoilt for choice. I enjoy the new foods that keep popping up, I don't know which meal is my favourite. Many thanks Result Plan.

I have been with Result Plan for exactly a year now and though I have lost the weight for which I started this journey I still like the convenience that comes with a planned calorie controlled meal. The recipes are varied and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended!!

Great and have plenty choices for lunch and dinner,first time last 2 years my husband lost 13 kgs after that he enjoyed eating then back to same weight again, So we come back for results plan again , first month he lose 6kg already and we will keep do it until we get our goal again. Thank you results plan.

At the end of the weekly plan, I couldn't take it anymore and meals ended up in the bin. The worst meal plan I have tried. In fact, the worst food I have tried in my life. I agree with someone who commented previously, cauliflower curry was so awful, unbelievable.

Nothing special about the ingredients or the health benefits either. You are much better off going to a good supermarket and buying their low calories ready meals.

Never again.

I've enjoyed nearly every meal; the website is straightforward; customer services really helpful and 5lb down in week one. Yes I'm a bit hungry, but I am on any diet or meal plan and I know that if i stick with this (and occasionally add a couple of low fat yoghurts) it pretty much guarantees me weight loss. I also really like the fact it looks like (and is!) real food and you can see a full ingredient list so it doesn't feel the same as just buying low calorie ready meals. I've looked at and tried a number of delivery plans and I'd say this is the best in terms of value and quality

I have tried MANY meal prep sites and this has to be the best one so far. One common theme I found with others is their meals always felt overcooked and the chicken was always chewy and hard. Resultplan is the first one to actually have juicy meat and food in general, that doesn't feel frozen but actually is freshly made.

Started this plan July 1st 2022 and have lost just over 3 stone. Although the meals seem small (because I used to eat way to much!!), once I got to the 4th day everything fell into place and I have found it easy ever since. Tried all the different meals and there are a lot, have my list of favourites and love them all. I have taken a week off over Xmas and gosh do I know it! Back to feeling sluggish, tired and headachey (and not from drink- I promise). Actually cannot wait for Monday when I start my plan again with no distractions. So if you want an easy to do weight loss and feel better diet, give this one a go. Company have been great with deliveries, responses to any queries and new choices of meals are offered regularly. I’ve done a month so far, and really enjoyed it. I have 5 days a week, probably stick to it for 3 days and then dot the rest of the meals through the rest of the week. Lost 6lbs. But the best thing is always having a readymade meal to go to when I’m feeling hungry and would normally graze from the fridge while I’m thinking what to make. The food is tasty enough. Totally aside from weight loss, it’s fantastic to take a break from decision making around meals for a whole month!

Firstly the food is great and so filling. I’m so surprised with how easy the plan has been to follow. And to find one that provides a veggie plan is rare! I’ve also had great customer service from the team. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a sustainable and filling way to drop weight.

Just enjoyed another delicious meal, so flavourful, I wake up feeling so much better. I have tried another plans like this and end up canceling because the food is to bazaar and not my thing, this is just delicious meal. The only thing I found a problem was the cooked breakfast, it doesn't cook well after it was frozen, first 2 days when you can keep them fresh I couldn't belive it was a deit. I am going to experiment more to see if I can pull it of as why wouldn't you want a cooked breakfast everyday on a diet?? Can't wait to change my life on this plan, its definitely happening. The journey to a lighter life starts now

I have just started my second week on the plan and have lost 5lb so far. I would never have been able to do this by myself in such a short time.
The meals are full of flavour and satisfying.
Because I only have 10 meals a week on my plan, the delivery box has a lot of wasted space in it which means the meals get tossed about a bit in transit, so I would suggest a smaller box is used for smaller orders.
Apart from this, the diet plan provides an excellent service. I would highly recommend it.

Did the 4 week plan and actually can’t wait to finish it now. I have 1 week to go and find the meals really bland. Several of the meals are awful, the bangers and mash does not microwave well, the sausages looked really anaemic like they’d been boiled. The cauliflower curry is by far the worst. Extremely dry.
I would recommend any of the meatball options as I found these quite flavoursome.
I also find a lot of the meals very unfulfilling for a 4-500 calorie meal and find myself still hungry.
I am doing the rounds on meal prep firms, this was my 3rd and although it was the cheapest it was also the worst.
Packaging is good as is delivery.

I have been very impressed with the service so far, and the meals have been fab - they are more filling than I expected, and there is a great variety. I have been losing weight at a steady amount per week and am enjoying the process. The customer service is great too, very quick response and solution when I had a delivery issue. Its working great to kick-start my weight loss and reset my portion sizes and snacking habit!
