I am just about to complete the 12 week plan and pleased to say I have lost 10 kilos! The food is delicious and has hopefully kick started me to eat better. Customer service and delivery of the food was spot on, with any emails answered in a very positive & supportive way.

Would definitely recommend Result Plan & will definitely go back if I need to get on the straight and narrow again.

Great choice of meals but am a fussy eater so changed a fair few meals which is great because then at least you can eat what you like great delivery too

Just received my second week’s delivery, again, bang on time. I’m still so impressed with the majority of the meals, and most importantly, they work!!!! Just weighed at the end of week 1 and lost 12lbs. So happy, and still doesn’t feel like I’m dieting. Highly recommended

I had a very good experience with result plan. The food is tasty and it does save time having everything ready to eat. The customer service is excellent. Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel half way through my four week programme and they were great. I will definitely go back as soon as I am able.

Excellent Reliable Service and Very Good Communications and Response from Support. Meals are filling of a reasonable size and calorie controlled to facilitate weight loss if the diet plan is adhered to.

Food is in the main very good. Occasional soggy rice in the Chinese dishes not sure why. It has certainly supported my tactics in losing my weight so I could have my operations, so thank you results plan.

Delivery was good, customer service good but I love fresh food and this was not, the rice dishes had a tangy taste to it, one of my dishes had tinned pea not fresh, broccoli is from a frozen bag. I cancel my package after 2 weeks because due to giving 4 days notice but disappointed on quality of food for the price.

I need to lose some weight for an operation, & thought id try this as previous attempts to lose weight had ben un successful.

I opted to have meals 6 days a week with one day where could eat what I wanted (within reason)

In total I lost 16 kg in 11 weeks (had to stop 1 week early as that's when i had my op.

In general the meals ranged from acceptable to excellent, with most being good. given this was pre prepped meals i enjoyed them more than i expected.

The Jerk chicken & chorizo skewers were particularly tasty, whilst I would recommend avoiding the vegetarian spiced mozzarella burger. (the only meal I tried that I wouldn't eat again)

Overall customer service was excellent with the ability to pause or shift deliveries as needed.

There was one hiccup when one week the delivery company just didn't deliver my food. Result plan did then send me my delivery again but it meant that i had to do something else for a couple of days, so it's worth keeping a few days spare food in your freezer/cupboards just in case there's a delivery problem.

Overall I was very happy with the service & the meals provided

Can’t fault this plan the meals are lovely it has taught me how to reduce my portion sizes all the meals are weighed out calorie counted , I would rate this company above any other plan that is on the market . My 12 weeks is almost up but ready to sign on for another twelve weeks . Customer service always spot on help you along with the plan big shout out to the customer service name is Connor nothing is too much trouble always flexible to alter days etc .. top marks highly recommend

So unlike most reviewers I am writing this after trying the plan for 12 weeks. If I ever did it again I would stick to 4 weeks as eventually I threw a lot of food away as I just couldn't face it any more!

Originally I loved the convenience, some of the food (particularly the breakfasts and snacks) and lost 5kg in a month.

I struggled though with the ordering system .. and ended up repeatedly getting food I didn't like.

I also failed to convince myself that this was a healthy diet.. as the fruit/veg was absolutely minimal and I have always been taught that 5 portions of fruit/veg is essential for a healthy diet.

I also struggled with the lack of sauce and high carbs. This I know is a personal preference but I really don't enjoy dry food. I have never eaten so much rice/pasta/couscous in my life!

I have found another company where I get twice the amount of food which is stacked with veg...I need to do a bit more work as the evening meal comes in the form of a kit... for me this works better (they also do a video about how to change your order which is great for me!!).

So good it’s like having your own personal chef. Incredible taste, variety and delivery. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loving the plan as a whole.Some meals are better than others but overall excellent. Two weeks in with a 5lb loss. Looking forward to the end results.

Started my 4 week plan 4 days ago and so far very nice I have chosen the bigger plan and I have found the portions to be very satisfying. My package arrived very quickly and upon opening I found my items packaged very well. I will be buying again and I would recommend.

Subscribed to the plan following the great reviews (probably fake). Food is very bland and hugely unappetising. Very heavy on pasta and rice, not much of fruit and veg or nuts etc. Plenty of cheap ingredients and preservatives. Not a healthy food option at all. Portions are tiny - 300 gr each, so no wonder people are loosing weight... before pilling it on again once they are done with this amazing diet

Best ever opportunity to lose weight. I've lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. The food is lovely and tasty. And I haven't been hungry. I can't say that of any other diet I've tried. It's embarrassingly easy, and I say that as someone the wrong side of 60, with hypothyroidism. All good 👍

I've been on the plan for three weeks now.

What I like about the plan is that it's so easy and convenient. I dont like all the meals but there are plenty to choose from, so really it's down to trial and error.

No issues with breakfast and the snacks are very nice too (especially the brownie bites).

Regarding lunch and dinner: the instructions say that you can either microwave the meals straight from the freezer or you can defrost them. I found that if I defrost them, the vegetables go horribly soggy, so I started to just microwave them straight from the freezer - even more convenient.

What I dont like is the amount of plastic rubbish I generate. This is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. Of course I'm recycling all the containers, however I would love to see the company think about stopping with the plastic containers altogether and perhaps move to some other material. Granted, it would probably increase the cost overall.

And the numbers: 3 weeks done, 3kg-s lost. Would've been more, however I admit I didn't keep to the diet as strictly as I should have. But it definitely works. I will carry on to the end of my 8 week period and possibly longer.

This diet is sustainable, just need to get used to the small portions

Lost 10.1/2 so far. I am never hungry and the snacks are a lovely treat. This has been the best diet ever.No worring what to eat or what to cook all freshly prepared for you.
Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.
