Product review: The product is delivered with no issues. The deliver person waited patiently for complete verification of laptop and contacted office for issues.
The laptop adapter was not working, which he said will deliver by noon today.

The re-techie incharge person - pramod ji was quite helpful to understand the needs of mine and extended quick support.

Recommendation:
1. Label of Laptop warranty duration with date of purchase along with brand s required for improved confidence.
2. Label should also have - customer care number for reaching immediately.

These 2 details on the label which will be on the laptop will improve brand image and customer trust.

Will update the working of laptop after sometime. Thanks re-techie for the product.

i ordered a thinkpad t14 gen 1 amd from their website , and honestly i was suprised with the quality .. i was skeptic at first so i researched about the company , i saw mostly positive reviews and also good things in reddit .. so i decided to reach out to them .. and i asked for photos and bios data and all , and they were incredibly patient with eveyrthing .. they provided me all the photos and data and also assured about the return policies .. the delivery was also fast and on time .. i did a cod so no hiccups there too .. came home , unpacked everything and it was working fine , i even opened up the thing and it was working fine .. installed fedora and kde and it works smoothly no problems ,other than the minor scuffs and scratches in the body there is really nothing to be worried about and it's a steal at that price .. overall great experience , would recommend 10/10

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook from them it had scratches and battery health dropped from 100-90% in a month with 10 cycles

The pricing is high compared to the market,

I paid around ₹2000 more mainly because of the “2 year warranty” promise, but later found out the battery warranty only applies if backup becomes extremely poor (around less than 1 hour). I wish this was explained more clearly before purchase because the wording feels misleading.

Just be aware before paying and buying from them
