Retirement Solutions fulfilled all our requirements and there were no issues or problems; the requirement was completed well within their declared timescale. The only issue I had was the cost of the service (RSs) in relationship to the amount realised with the equity release, about 8%. I would use them again.

The people I had dealings with Keeley and Keith Robinson were so compassionate helpful and understanding to my needs . They made things simple for me to understand made sure I was comfortable with all the information and were always at the end of the phone if I needed any questions answered. I honestly can’t praise and thank the company and staff enough and I would highly recommend this company .

The personal service was exemplary. Lots of hand-holding and explaining a lot of the bigger words, just what someone in my position required. It's a big decision, and I made it with the aid of Steve, rather than feeling that i was being pushed into it.
