I cant say enough about my customer service experience. Although our package has not arrived yet.We are looking forward to getting it. We had issues with our previous order. And after speaking to customer service, They rectified the issue immediately provided support, very kind and compassionate. About my specific needs for my autistic son. They went above and beyond to make things right. They were kind respectful. I honestly have not been treated this good by anyone, In any customer service position before in my life. I highly recommend purchasing from this group.I highly recommend supporting them in any way possible. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.God bless you. Well first I ordered online which showed a picture and said in description that it was Minecraft xbox one edition which is the one I wanted and I have screenshots of what you had posted stating you had that game available and once I placed the order and it came in it was just the minecraft bedrock edition which is not what I wanted or ordered and it was not what was advertised on your site I ordered from! I then called and left a message asking for someone to call me back to correct this mistake on your part and no one has called me at all! Im pissed and want this fixed and someone to contact me to correct this.. its bad enough this was suppose to be a christmas gift and now I wont have it for christmas and im not wasting my money on something you clearly false advertised on your website and it was shown as Minecraft xbox one edition which is what I wanted and did not get!
