This is a community platform that has covered every feature that we had on our checklist. What we needed immediately and our roadmap for the next 12 months. The option to have our own desktop and mobile apps will save $$$. Great support and onboarding with everything we needed to get setup. Recommended

They have something really special with this community builder and the improvements that they will make over time will make this the best site to manage and create a community on.

I am extremely impressed with their support and how on top they are of everything. I noticed a couple bugs and had some hiccups and after reaching out they fixed everything in a blink of an eye. Highly recommend.

Genesiv is an excellent software. This is one of the purchases that I will never regret on getting. I believe in the team and its future functions.

A few things that I liked are the complete white labeling capabilities that will make every audience that I have more engaged on my brand. A HUGE Plus factor to me is the embed function on channels. Though, the output is still buggy as of the posting of this review. Again, I believe in the team, that they have the capabilities of Genesiv becoming one of the most coveted platform in the world.

I think with any product what makes it great is the fact that when something isn't "right" they listen and fix it. I have had a very good experience not just with the product itself, but with the support I have received when I needed help or something wasn't right. I have already recommended it to some people that I know that would love a customizable platform like this. I have had fun creating and customizing this to look and feel exactly like I want it for my community. I have no complaints, this company is growing and getting better.

I love the forums service. Interface is easy to use and I love the ability to brand my space better than the fb groups I was using.

I was either going with slack or a forum. I like the idea of being able to keep threads around for others to learn from when I need.

For me, Genesiv is the best alternative to Discord because of the gamification function, where I encourage my members to communicate and compete more. Not all features are enabled yet, such as voice channels, but there are other good features like AI translation. Thanks to a roadmap I can already see the next features. The support is nice, fast and competent. The setup is easy thanks to good and numerous tutorials.

Very simple and easy to use. I love the integration with Wordpress and the more powerful moderation functionality.

Their team is very motivated and engaged on building the ultimate discord killer with more and better features then discord and other common platforms. The gamification and customisation is great and I’m excited to build my community there
