I had a great experience with Revcharge. Firstly MJ in customer service went above and beyond to keep me updated and called me several times with an update.
Once the local electrician was assigned the process ran smoothly, he arrived on time and completed the installation with minimum fuss. Highly recommend Revcharge.

Great service. The installer was proficient and very helpful, They were punctual and completed the job without any issues. After the install they explained everything to me before they left the job. i would recommend them.

Everything was very easy with Revcharge. Quotation was fast and efficient, just had give them a couple of basic details and send a couple of pictures and boom, reasonably priced installation was only a few days away. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped get the app up and running and he did a great clean up job. Five star experience.

Poor communication from the very beginning. It seems the quoting system is automated, but once you have questions or email, no one actually gets back to you.

I received my EV charger last week and was told the installation would be seamless. I was assigned an installer who booked a date without anyone checking whether I’d be home. When I called Revcharge to reschedule, I was told I had to contact the installer myself.

The installer didn’t even seem to know he had been contracted by Revcharge and mentioned he gets 1–2 calls a day from customers enquiring about Revcharge installations that he has no information about.

I then called customer service, and someone said they would contact the installer on my behalf. I’m still waiting.

Honestly, I wish I had gone with a different company or just used my local electrician. This has been far from the seamless installation I was promised.

Recharge Installed my Geely Charger and they were reasonably charged and did a very professional job, highly recommended.

Everything moved quickly, and within two weeks our charger was professionally installed by electrician Johnny Bozinovski. He was efficient, reliable, and completed the job to a high standard. I also received the electrical compliance certificate promptly after the installation.

Worst company to deal with in regards to after service. Better hope the installation goes well without any issues.

Almost impossible to make any service claim. The first time was after the installation, the isolation box wasn't installed correctly so the switch can't be turned off. Took about 4 months of follow-up emails for them to eventually send someone out. Turns out it was a loose cable at the switch.

Now, the wall box charging unit is having issue, seems to be faulty as it charges sometimes but mostly not, could be more bad cabelling inside. They agreed it still under warranty. Its been about a month now with several emails which usually takes a lot of time to get replied. What's the point of having a home charger that can't be used!

Avoid this company or just hope you have no problem.

Change from 1star to 3star. Revcharge has eventually replaced the faulty unit with a new one. They replaced it with another brand and not going through the manufacturer warranty, that's a nice touch. This would have been a five stars if they haven't mucked around for a long time. Overall, it seems Revcharge may have had a new service team which has improved overall.

Rev Charge has been fantastic to deal with. Their pricing is genuinely competitive, the communication is clear and consistent, and the whole process is refreshingly easy. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish, making the experience smooth and stress‑free. I recommend them!

One call and supply, installation and set up all organised. App set up and follow up to check all is operating, using solar and battery before the grid. Neat instalation with generous cable.

Very seamless installation process and upfront fixed pricing. They gave us three options based on our budget to decide. Once we paid, install were professionally done within 2 weeks. Thanks guys.

Have been waiting for over a month for Revcharge to respond to a quote request.
6 emails and 3 phone calls and still nothing.
Their reply is that they will contact you within 24 hours and provide a quote.
I want to but Australian made but this doesn't help

I have now received a response and things are moving in a positive direction.
