PROMEDSUK is a scam! Trustpilot needs to review them again. I tired to buy a product from them and my bank stopped my payment instantly. If you look closely at the reviews they all have the same or similar names. Trustpilot is meant to spot fake reviews, so people can be sure they are legit. I don't know if we can even trust this website anymore. My bank notice it instantly. Trustpilot says it's ok. Check again! 😠

Potentially longer. Anytime I’ve emailed with queries or a mess up my end (entering the wrong reference number) they are super quick to reply, usually within minutes and have always helped me out and been great. Super on the ball and just getting an email reply sometimes instantly is super rare with pretty much all/any company let alone always getting my exact order the very next day never once an issue is very rare. Great all round A* :)))
