Dr. Robert Engel is the best Ophthalmologist at Cleveland Clinic. I am a very difficult patient to prescribe a prescription because of numerous invasive eye surgeries, glaucoma, AMD, injections and many other eye issues.
Dr. Engel is such a caring person. He reviews everything with my eye issues, takes his time to be precise and will do over and over to get prescription correct, especially with my high prism need.
Dr. Engel had me come back 2x with my first visit to make sure he was prescribing correctly. My 2nd visit Dr. Engel took his time and reviewed over and over before a prescription was written. He said to let him know how it turns out.
I am writing this very positive experience without knowing the result, because I definitely recommend Dr. Robert Engel. I trust him explicitly. THANK YOU Dr. Engel.

⚠️ Avoid RPS Estate Agent – Scam Warning ⚠️
I was a landlord with RPS Estate Agent (80 Vicarage Farm Rd, Hounslow TW5 0AE) for years and trusted them to manage my property. When we parted ways, they took my tenant’s deposit out of the protection scheme and kept it. The tenant is still in my property, but the deposit has not been returned or transferred.
This has now been going on for 5 years. Despite chasing, nothing has been resolved. This is completely unprofessional and unethical – deposit money is meant to be protected, not taken by the agent.
They are scammers and I strongly advise any landlords or tenants to avoid them at all costs.

I admit that I was in a financial jam. The only issue with SilverLake Financial (Forth/Clarity) was not doing the math. Even though I thought the initial fix was a balm to my situation, they didn't consider the whole financial picture that I had to deal with after the consolidation of 3 of 4 creditors. I still had a huge payment that would eventually cause a negative ripple effect on my finances. This was the reason I switched to another company.

In the meantime, a payment of $697 was made. I terminated the agreement two days after this but was told I had to speak with someone else, Jared, to complete the cancellation. I left a message but was sent 5 page explanation that one payment of $100 had been made and I would only receive $132 from the $697 paid!

Before I completed this review, I wanted to calm down and present the fact that the next company I spoke with said that any payments made to another company would be reimbursed. That doesn't appear to be the case.

I haven't received any reimbursement at all!!

I'm not sure what the process should be but I hope that they enjoyed the party my funds may have paid for. (My only jab.) I'll accept the $100 reduction, if a payment was made but if you've been in business for any period of time, account set up couldn't have cost the $565 difference.

Do your own math because I wasn't even asked the question and that's what I thought they were there to assist with.

Steer clear and keep looking but know what your situation is because they don't ask.

Sparkppap has designed their inhouse application where they want user to transfer fund through QuantumX exchange by purchasing so called crypto SCMML. This crypto is not a recognized crypto but Sparkppap wants to do all transaction using SCMML. PPAP is their AI software through which they identify the best stock. They recommended a buy for AMD at $145 with target price of $180 within 3 weeks. As per Sparkpapp, they would bear 50% loss. It went down to $120 in 3 weeks and also another stock CELH at 31.4 and it went down to 26. They never compensated the loss by saying you did not followed the rules. Not sure what ruled Julia the assistant was talking about. They never wanted to compensate the loss. I want everyone to stay away from any fund transfer to PPAP account. Once the fund is transferred, they will never let you withdraw the fund and will close your account. Any communication and investment through whattsapp group is a scam and I want everyone to stay away from such groups. SCMML is a scam and the website sparkppap.com was rated 1/100 as Trust score. These are Chinese companies and their intension is to make money from innocent peoples.
