Arrived just on time
I love the flavours in the variety box especially the option to have extra salty. These arrived in time a i was quite sick the week before and dehydrated and they worked a treat rehydrating me.

Faster delivery than what the app said…
Faster delivery than what the app said so I was impressed. Ed that the parcel was delivered to my home and I didn’t have to go to the post office.
Still trying to get used to the creatine appears a little grainy still I’ll adjust and hopefully it will get better.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, and I can assure you that price increases are not something we take lightly.
We held our pricing unchanged for more than 2.5 years despite rising costs across almost every aspect of the business. During that time, ingredient costs increased significantly, and more recently we were impacted by further freight and logistics cost increases as well.
As a small Australian business, these increases affect us directly, and we work very hard to absorb as much of them as possible before passing any costs on to our customers. We know many of our customers have been with us for years, and we genuinely value that loyalty.
Even with the recent changes, we remain one of the most cost-effective options on a per-serve basis, particularly when compared with other premium "free from" products that contain no sugar, artificial sweeteners, fillers or unnecessary additives.
The decision to increase prices causes us a great deal of stress because we are incredibly focused on delivering value and supporting our customers' health goals. Our intention is never to maximise profit at the expense of our community, but rather to ensure we can continue producing high-quality products sustainably for the long term.
We truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Great Product, courier used to ship borderline
I’ve ordered 2 tubs of lime & lemon on 2 occasions now. The first arrived in a good timeline and the second order was held up significantly with their chosen courier. This was posted and received in the same state (Vic). The product flavour is great and I highly recommend the product.
