We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding an app based system. You are absolutely right that convenience and transparency are very important for clients.
At the moment, we are focusing on a simpler and more direct approach where clients can track everything without needing to install or log into an app. We provide updates through WhatsApp, visual progress sharing, and our 3D preview system before starting the project, so clients can clearly see what they are getting before any payment.
This approach allows faster communication and avoids the extra steps that usually come with app logins and setup.
That said, your suggestion is very valuable and we are actively exploring ways to enhance our system further, including future digital solutions.
