Ordered an inexpensive 3 piece set bowl…
Ordered an inexpensive 3 piece set bowl set. Received two bowls of one design and another odd bowl as the third. Brought the issue to the Customer Experience Consultants attention who asked what would I like to resolve the issue. As we both agreed that returning the odd bowl and the company sending a replacement was not an economically sensible option, I suggested that they just send a replacement since the mistake was theirs and the item was so inexpensive. The manager has made a decision to refund, pro-rata I imagine, the cost of one bowl.
