Just to give context for anyone reading: Rewards Kingdom is a Get-Paid-To platform, which means users earn rewards by completing offers (mobile games, app trials, surveys, sign-ups, etc). Downloading games is one of many earning options - we also have surveys, freebies, product trials, and more. Users can withdraw as little as £10 to PayPal or gift cards once they've reached the threshold.

We can't discuss specifics on individual accounts publicly under UK GDPR, but we'd genuinely like to help if there's an actual issue.

Sorry to hear a few offers were showing as unavailable - this can happen when the advertiser has capped daily/monthly volume, or if an offer is temporarily paused. We refresh the offer wall constantly, and there are usually plenty of live ones available at any given time.

You're spot on about the support - we're a small team doing our best to reply to everyone while building the site, and sometimes messages do slip through. Not an excuse, we're working on getting quicker. Same goes for the offer volume - as a newer platform, we're onboarding advertisers every week, so this side of things is growing steadily.

After looking into it, your support email had unfortunately landed in our spam folder, which is why it slipped through (we've now corrected this on our end). For anyone reading: we always reply within a day or two, so if you ever don't hear back, do drop us another line - it's almost certainly a deliverability issue, never us ignoring you.

Your payment request is queued for our next scheduled payment run this Friday. As context, Rewards Kingdom processes withdrawals in scheduled batches once or twice a week (never weekends) - it's how we keep things smooth and secure as a small UK team.
