Rexall are Scammers. Keep away. Hope they go bust. The Stouffville store should be closed down.

Rexall us a great pharmacy . I live thé lay out if the stores . It’s not cluttered and they have not become a grocery store . However I sm concerned about their vitamins such as Calcium that contains maltodextrin and titanium dioxide and some other names that I don’t know about . Why is this necessary ? For shelf life ? I would rather have more natural vitamins that are not toxic to our system .

My daughter has always donated and cared about others less fortunate. From food bank to schools etc... non stop and has done so for years. Being a home owner and a mother of 4 she always had been a coupon-er looking for deals in order to donate, and care for her family as well being coupons come in very handy financially. She collect’s points from P/C shoppers point to scene points, again to share.

They arrived at the rexall several weeks back, my daughter, my 18 year old grandson, 24 year old granddaughter. Your clerk/”Jenny” kept her eye so so closely on my family insinuating they were “Trailer trash” “shop lifters” Judgmental, as they brought in their own bag, as we are ALL told to do, your store sells them as well. Yet she continued to “stare” making the shopping experience very very uncomfortable and unprofessional....Did I say my daughter’s a home owner!!!

Nevertheless my family asked, is there some sort of problem? Hence the reason “Jenny” your representative went off the “hook” YOUR representative WOW grabbing the basket FULL of hair accessories revenue to your “Dying” retail location,,, and would not let go of the basket....asking them to leave,,,YET when asking her “WHY” she had no reason!!!! (to be heard on the video). ...This being the time my daughter had to call the police to leave.....WOW
Unprofessionalism yet she will tell a different story to “Keep” her job You clearly hear the proof. Yet if she is what represents “Rexall” I’ll continue to give my money to Shopper’s across the street, making certain “EVERYONE ELSE DOES AS WELL ” I mean “EVERYONE will see this” Did I mention my daughter is a home owner!!!

I went to get some items and there was a sale sign underneath both saying they are on sale. I went to the checkout and there was no one there so I waited about 5 minutes until someone came. He didn’t say a word to me and started scanning my things. I saw that the items were scanning at the original price not the sale price. So I told him that they were on sale. He went to check and came back and said nope they’re not on sale, without showing any proof. I’m pretty sure if there’s a sale price underneath the item and it scans as the original price you would get it for the sale price no matter if it was the right tag or not. This is very poor customer service. Not impressed at all!

We went to the CastleRidge branch and spoke to the pharmacy and explained I was having pain in my joints and bones and needed imega 3 as the doctor had recommended. I explained I’m a Sikh and my diet is no meat or eggs or fish and vegetarian diet. He gave me cod liver oil and said it’s suitable for my diet later I discovered it had fish oil in it my first language is not English so wasn’t aware that cod is a fish. I trust this professional. As a baptised Sikh I need to go back and get re baptised because of this individuals neglecting my request. I later went to him and confronted him and he still kept saying it’s suitable for my diet I then took the bottle to my doctor and he confirmed it had fish oil in it. Please train you staff so they can at least have some knowledge of what they are selling. I’m really upset and want to file a complaint.

No one pick up the telephone callind all day my file is there at rexall probably changing pharmacies soonneed to ask important questions about their products

I have never used their pharmacy, called them and spoke with the pharmacist. They delivered my medication within 2 hours without leaving my house at no extra charge.
Absolutely amazing service and it took less than 5 minutes. 👏

Overall I like Rexall for products and for prices especially for seniors, i.e. nutritional product prices. They are generally very reasonable in paper product prices as well. My main issue with them is their website. It would not allow me to see the flyer even though I put in all info that was required. It demanded name, email, postal code and automatically signed us up for weekly emails even though I did not check off that box. Since I could not see the flyer, I called one of the local stores and was kept on hold for about 10-12 mins. That's to be expected if the front cash is busy. However, my 2nd complaint is that the "Be Well" sentence about "points" and "savings" was extremely redundant. In the time I was on hold I must have heard it repeat 50 times...pure brainwashing. I'd suggest a soft music selection instead. Otherwise, I like their stores but I am a fan of Shoppers for prescription care.

Terrible service, prescriptions never ready when promised. Charge individuals more than benefit providers. Raise concerns, nobody responds.

Shopped on line … I thought it’s cheap for 30% off … but the wait??? Holy molly… I should have bought at some stores for full price at no stress and no wait…. I’ll never buy again at this store.

I have my Rx's on auto renew and not once have all of them been refilled at the same time, on time. I do not go out much in winter and find their inability to keep my Rx's filled very frustrating.

Absolutely dreadful experience in what i hoped would be a delightful one when entering the store. From start to finish I had the most uncomfortable experience. I had come in for an interview, which understandable I am already feeling nervous, only then to be greeted by a rude egotistical male. So as the interview took place he was very rude, dismissive and unpleasant. The moments I got to answer a question, were soon then dismissed with a distasteful look and rolling eyes and not to forget to mention A LOT of attitude. Let me just say this, I do not need this job as we have established businesses already. For people who are meant to be educated, this definitely did not come across. I thought a change would be good and this is why i applied which i now regret doing so
Treat people with respect. Felt very uneased with the whole experience which has left me stunned.

This has been happening to me and my family to often the rexall in Thorold continues to never have our perceptions and always blame it on the doctors. When I speak to the doctors they tell me it on the pharmacy end. When I talk to the pharmacist they are always rude and never actually listen. This is unacceptable in there profession!!! They alway mix up my insurance information and submit claims multiple times cause they don’t know what they are doing!!! Don’t go there unless you want stress when picking up medicine for your family and yourself!

I was very happy with my experience with Rexall Direct! :) The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

Twice in the past few weeks we’ve had prescriptions dropped off at this Pharmacy. Neither time did we receive a text indicating our prescriptions were filled. Yesterday, my husband had a tooth implant and needed his antibiotics/& pain medication. He dropped off his prescription at noon, and was told it would be a half hour. so he left, but I went back 3 hrs. later and they still weren’t filled. So I left, we waited for a text to say they were ready. Didn’t get one, he called the next morning and they said they were ready to pick up. Still no text regarding this. He went all night with no antibiotics or pain medication, there is definitely something wrong with that pharmacy. There was 4 people behind that counter but nothing seemed to be running smoothly. As of today, we will no longer support our local drugstore Pharmacy in Waterford. Simcoe is only 10 minutes away, but totally worth the drive to have piece of mind.

I found the same difficulty using and searching Rexall website for products.
You really need to take a look at other competitors websites, how easy it is to search for porductas.
It almost looks like you do not want us to shop online - just walk into the store.
Before I go to the store, I make a shopping list, I need to know what I will find there.
My search for ?Veet Pure 400ml hair remover creme" returned "Not found". Go figure.

Recently I had questions about how to wean myself from a painkiller I was taking after a successful medical procedure. As I asked the pharmacy tech to speak to the pharmacist, the pharmacist (who was quite busy), set down what she was doing and came right over. She gave me clear concise guidelines and answered all of my questions in an efficient, friendly manner. Thank You Michelle D. Rexall Trunk Rd SSMarie. That is what customer service looks like!

This review is in regards to Rexall Direct.ca, Rexall's online way to order prescriptions that they claim are then delivered to you within 24 hours.

I placed an order for a prescription on Wednesday and it is now late afternoon Friday and still haven't heard a thing back - that is way longer than 24 hours. And in your account there is no way to track your prescription. After placing an order, they acknowledge the order and then say that you will only be able to track your prescription AFTER they send you the email saying your order is being filled and when to expect it. I still have not received that email.

When you phone their help line, it takes you to a call centre in India, it seems. The line is very poor and it is hard to understand the accent. Bottom line is the friendly lady at the other end of the line was not able to help me at all.

I will never use Rexall Direct again. Thank Gd the prescription wasn't for a medication I need desperately. I now have to call my regular Rexall store on Monday and speak to the pharmacist and see if they can help unravel this mess.

This review is specific to the Rexall on 87 Avenue Road, Toronto. They relocated from the lower level in Manulife to this new address. My mother (96) always praised the pharmacy staff for their knowledge and their kindness in answering questions. Its a shame they moved but the staff at 87 Avenue Road are very very helpful and kind and professional. This is a true and proper Pharmacy!! Thank you
