Brilliant from start to finish. As a total newbie for a custom active chair, Ella had the patience of a saint and answered all my questions at the fitting and later, at the handover. I'm so thrilled with my new wheels. Worth every penny! ❤️

I met with Ella to discuss the possibility of switching to an F35 from my current electric attachment. The demonstration she gave has excellent and she explained all the pros and cons of switching. Overall I was so impressed I ordered 1 straight away. Now just waiting for delivery.

This is my second chair from RGK and it's a great product. I was able to upgrade from a Tiga (excellent chair) to an Octane Sub4.

The whole process from choosing the new chair, bespoke measurements, through to ordering was made very easy by the team at RGK. They kept me informed of how everything was progressing and made the payment process simple.

The finished product is outstanding..I still can't believe how light the frame is, making transfers into the car so much easier.

My RGK advisor, Matt, gave excellent advice on tweaks I could make to my order to suit my needs, and it all came together perfectly.

My first RGK wheelchair and my first custom built chair. I had a pretty clear idea what I needed in a wheelchair having used one for over 30 years now, but recent surgery meant that I had to get the lightest chair I could while still matching a fairly active lifestyle. A rep from another company referred me to RGK and to Lee Fawcett. Lee travelled up to meet me and brought a demo chair and between us we came up with the optimum spec. As a wheelchair user himself Lee knows his stuff. As I spend a lot of time outdoors (wild camping and kayaking) Lee's add in of a clip on front wheel has already proved a great asset. A couple of weeks after placing my order my Son suggested I request the option of removable push handles as I'm "not getting any younger" and I'm expecting this chair to be a longer term investment than any NHS option. This was no problem. Love the new chair and looking forward to covering many miles in it!

The process from start to finish has been amazing. Lee was really helpful and professional. I am very pleased with my sports chair and look forward to improving my game.

He was also very helpful with any questions I had about the wheelchair when he came to demonstrate the wheelchair which I eventually purchased. He also delivered my new wheelchair in plenty of time so I was also very impressed with his professionalism. My sons basketball chair was damaged under warranty. Spoke with customer service associate Charley Duncan and she took care of everything. She was kind, efficient and understanding. She went above and beyond ensuring my sons chair was repaired to an incredible standard within a week of reporting and delivered back to us in time for training. I was kept in the loop the whole time and I am really happy with the standard of repair. They even cleaned it up, replaced the ratchet strap and lowered the footplate without being asked to! Have always found RGK to be a good company but this experience was a really positive one.

Harry Farmer has helped me recently with arranging the fitting of solid tyres to my Tiga Sub 4 and also sourcing a temporary tyre for my StreetJet following a puncture. Without his help I would have not been able to use my StreetJet whilst I was waiting for a new tyre to come from Spain where the StreetJet is made.

Alan Mansell has mesured me up for 3 sports chairs over the years and he has a great understanding of how the dimentions and measurements can effect how the chairs preforms.. iv never been disapointed when Alan has advised me!

I arrived early for my appointment to replace the rollers on my Smart Drive. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The job was done very quickly. Harry that had previously provided me with the quote kept me informed throughout the job and let me know about taking care of my power add on when the job was completed. He provided information about something extra (attachment for bag) to the appointment and was happy to look into this during the appointment and to follow up afterwards.

I recently needed some work done to my chair and after a bit of back and forth, Rebecca Bate in the customer service team was there to help me out and provided some great assistance.

My advisor for the wheelchair assessment and handover was Lee Fawcett, he was amazing throughout the whole process and extremely helpful with selecting the right options for me while staying within my budget for the chair. The handover was efficient and went well, I was walked through every aspect of the chair from maintenance to folding it and best practices. Overall, the experience with RGK and Lee was absolutely amazing. The chair has already improved my quality of life so much in the few days I’ve had it and I am incredibly grateful to Lee and the RGK team, specially Lee for all the help from the start to the end of the process.
