Ordered some pieces from here online a while back. Products were delivered fast and on time, and customer service were super helpful whenever I had any questions. Some of the best vintage pieces I have seen, would recommend to people of all ages!

Spent the day in Kirkcudbright today and ‘Rhubarb’ was a big low light. Our two children got excited as they had the same Jellycat rabbits they have at home but in different colours, of course they wanted to pick them up but the horrible lady behind the counter told them to look with their eyes not their hands! If you don’t want children touching your wares then don’t stock items aimed at children! We had visited galleries and museums that day and the staff had been nothing but friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially to our two children. Shame that rhubarb really had to put a dampener on a lovely day out. You should be ashamed of yourselves rhubarb. We didn’t reach the end of the shop before we were made to feel quite unwelcome but the impression of the shop, other than rude and unwelcoming, was of a sparsely stocked shop with nothing particularly unique so if you have children I’d recommend you give this shop a miss and you won’t have missed out on anything by not going. Stick to the unique arts and crafts shops with lovely staff and have a great day at Kirkcudbright.

The store just went dead and not responding for more than 2 weeks now. Ordered 300$ worth of stuff. Not responding via email, website, insta. Just really poor service, do not buy here.

I bought a "Prada vintage messenger bag" from Rhubard and Lemon (Rhubarb Store). It turns out it was a fake Prada bag (I know it for a fact because I own an original one).
I tried to contact them at the address indicated on their website, but I got a message saying that "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist". Clearly looks like a scam to me.

Unable to contact

Did not respond to multiple emails after sending me incorrect tracking information. Garment showed up poorly packaged, with 0 effort made to protect it during transit. Few small holes not listed in product description.

Bought a vintage bag in the platform and there were many defects they didn’t listed on the site.

It has been 3 weeks since the order, and I still haven't received the package.

Update - Received the package after 32 days.

I was sent a fake handbag. I didn't even have to set it next to my authentic Prada bags to know if was a fake. The quality, craftsmanship and materials are obviously fake. The banner like emblem below the Prada emblem is sewn on upside down. The shoulder strap isn't even leather and the hardware on the bag is several diffent colors.

my purchase was very quickly delivered and i was given updates throughout. i absolutely love my jumper i bought is fantastic condition and so nice looking!

Had some trouble with a package, but the people at Rhubarb were great at helping out and finding a good solution to the problem.

I had to return my package and still haven't received my money back after 4 months, initially, I was told it would take a maximum of 6 weeks.
