Late delivery but got my money refunded without any hassle.

Ordered a book on 8th Dec. Dispatch confirmed and told delivery by 20th Dec. Then nothing. Today (31st) message from Royal Mail that it is in Greenford MC (which is close to supplier) and will be delivered by Sat 3rd January. Clearly not dispatched when said. I value honesty. Won't be ordering from them again. (Rated 2* on the assumption that it will arrive on Saturday. Always hopeful and trusting of RM messages)

I placed an order for a book that was shown as in stock with a number of copies available.
The next day I got an email saying that my money was being refunded but not actually saying the order was cancelled.
Presumably it was in fact out of stock but it would have been nice to have had at least an explanation if not an apology so that I knew that the order was definitely cancelled and I could look elsewhere.

Estimated delivery day long gone and no product arrived .
Seems impossible to get an answer off anyone where the product is or whether it will actually be arriving or not.
Avoid at all cost and go somewhere else!!

Great customer service and selection of rare books. The book i originally ordered did not arrive, via second class Royal Mail, my postman assured me he would have not left it on the doorstep. Another book was sent recorded delivery and i gladly received it today. I would be happy to pay for recorded delivery in future to ensure I receive my books. Overall fantastic customer service and will surely be making all future purchase with Christie Collections. Thank you.

Superb service!
The book I ordered got lost somewhere on the way. After I emailed them, they sent another one and it arrived two days later.

Ordered twice from them (3 deliveries, 2 successful)
On there end they done everything required. When I emailed about the one book not arriving, despite being willing to wait 20 business working days, they kindly send a replacement free of charge and with royal mail tracking (before it wasn't with tracking).
The other books were sent with tracking, due to the amount.
Purchased via abebooks.co.uk, and would happily do so again since they use Royal Mail (stating that they do for all deliveries) with at minimum second-class no-tracking.

Watch out for their prices which seem to be considerably in excess of the publishers list price. You'll often get better value on Amazon which is odd.

Book arrived in good condition through Royal Mail and arrived prior to estimated delivery date. Happy customer

I was ordering from switzerland an the delivery date was one week late so I got in touch with them and they answered me within 24 Hours and told me that it probably got lost in the shipping, so they offered me a replacement and it took about a week and I received the book.
The book was good rept up and therefore in a very good shape.

I have had a super great experience buying a physics book from this website.
The book I got was in super good condition and the price was a steal. It costs 85% less than the price I would have bought it for here in Sweden if it was new.
I am not sure if the book they sent is secondhand because it looks brand new. It was also well-packaged!
They also offered payment through Klarna which was very convenient for me.
I would give this company 10 stars if I could

I ordered two of the same book (a Christian secret to happy life by Hannah W. Smith). I ordered it in beginning of august and the delivery should be August 29th till Sept 6th. In the beginning there was a tracking number in my email, but now that magically disappeared and is nowhere to be found. No books has arrived, I was gonna send these books to a friend in Canada so this is really becoming a dragged out process. I’ve tried to get a hold of them both here and there but they are ghosts apparently. This is not ok and what a waste of money!! Very very unsatisfied customer over here.

✅Tracked deliveries with Royal Mail. Not all book sellers offer this. Packaging is in secure boxes and not in those flimsy envelopes.
✅Good deals if you buy more than one book.
✅One of the cheapest book retailers out there for sure.
✅The website has a updated “In Stock” checker and lets you know how many copies of the book is left.
➖Customer Service seems non-existent because I filled out a CS form on their website regarding if they have any plans to stock a certain book and I never had a response back.
➖Their social media presence is non-existent, maybe they need better marketing…
❌Not recommended if you only buy one book as you can miss out on Free Delivery.

Overall a good website for buying books, sad how not many people know about this website as it can be a gem.
