I'm 53 and this is only the second review I've ever written. I informed Richard that for me to write a review he would have to be excellent, and then some. Truthfully, I found he treated us holistically, and took the time to explain anything we were unsure about (which was a lot). He always responded to our queries in a timely manner, and communicated next steps, so we always knew where we were on our journey. Any issues that arose were dealt with very quickly. Additionally, the service continued after he had secured a mortgage for us, right up until we completed. I can't say my journey was stress free, but I can say I believe my stress levels would have been considerably greater without him in our corner. We would definitely recommend Richard on the basis that we found him knowledgable, a fantastic communicator, and we couldn't fault his overall service. The Greys.

We contacted a few different brokers looking for some guidance with the whole process of purchasing and mortgaging a property that was subject to a few complexities (flood risk area). Richard understood that we sought a little more than just finding a cheap mortgage and he helped us with getting through all the various steps needed. He was very helpful and, when complexities inevitably popped up, he even pulled a few late nights to get us to where we needed to be.
