If I could I would give these a 0. Do not buy from them they are not what is advertised. I ordered a German Shepherd and a Cavalier advent calendar and got two plane ones I didn't want. There are better quality things bought in a Poundland store than this rubbish. When I told them I want a refund they want me to send these back (no problem) but want me to pay shipping!!!

Ordered highland cows, a Hanukkah box arrived. I complained and was told id get 1/3rd refunded and keep the item. Alternatively, I can return and pay for the return, so they can "minimise their losses". Disgraceful, taking 0 responsibility for the completely wrong item.
Scam website, avoid. Will be seeking dispute through my bank.

I ordered 2 advent calendars , a Rottweiler and a German Shepherd , looked beautiful on the facebook advert, a month later I received my delivery . It did not contain either of the calendars I had ordered , instead i got Construction vehicles and Farm vehicles

Stay away from this Scam companies at all cost ordered Two dog advent calendar got two cheap tate plastic calender which were put in the skip Trading standards now involved and Paper to get this company shut down They will not be receiving no money of me

Do not purchase from this company. A trading company of Goldenlink retail ltd. I bought an acrylic giraffe advent calendar. Advertised as 3d models. What turned up was 2d acrylic shapes with a picture of pets encased in clear plastic. The warning signs are there when ordering. Just heed them. I knew i was taking a risk when ordering. The gamble did not pay off.

Sent the wrong item after waiting 2 months then said i had to pay postage to send it back or take £12 instead of the £24! Cowboys haha!

Absolute scam! Received a cheap cardboard damaged advent calender - not what was ordered. Response from Richbe was a refund of £8 as they had already incurred costs sending out the wrong item.
Avoid at all costs

Do not buy. I know when you buy online you take a risk, but this has to be the worst company ever. Wrong item was received, arrived damaged and unusable. Item itself was not worth one hundredth of the price. I have initiated charge back through bank. Buy at your own risk.

Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Took 3 months then wrong item received which was so shoddy probably cost a£1 to produce. They do not reply to emails and from checking companies House they are due to be struck off. Should be minus star rating.

So they sent the wrong item, offered for me to pay postage to send it back, Iam not sending these scammers any more money, they claim to. E UK but sent these scammers any return address from China, how these Kent’s get away with it will be managed by God!!! They appear to have website down and no doubt be under a new scamming website soon

I ordered an item and 6 weeks later, I received the wrong item. I was told that I could keep the item and have a partial refund or for a full refund, I would have to return it to an address in CHINA at my own expense as they had to pay, to send it to me in the first place. Shop with them at your peril

Ordered what was advertised as 24 x 3d Christmas decorations. Received 22 badly replicated images on flat plastic. Absolutely no response when I asked for a refund. Utter scam. I’m livid!!

Unfortunately I was too late in reading these reviews and was fooled into buying ‘figurine’ advent calendar which was just plastic.
They are claiming to be based in UK but the address is just a parcel lockup.
They have falsely advertised products and been misleading. Due to this, I’m going to put a claim in through my bank and would advise others to do so too. They obviously just depend on people not chasing a refund.

Item took ages to arrive then when it did it was not the German Shepherd I had ordered but the Italian Greyhound of poor quality, not as shown. Do not bother!!!

I placed an order weeks ago. I received no email confirmation of my order, so I have no record of my order number, but the money definitely left my bank account. I did get an email with an Evri tracking number, but the status has not changed from 'we are expecting your order'. I tried to phone Richbe using the number given on the website but after a few rings the line went dead. This happened several times so I gave up. I am still waiting for my goods which I now do not expect to ever arrive. I am annoyed with myself for ordering from this useless company. Probably a scam. Avoid at all costs. Don't be tempted by the cute products. Nothing will arrive. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered Man City christmas tree decorations, recieved spurs christmas tree decorations that were just cheap plastic tat. I wouldn't buyanything from this company again.

Ordered the advent calendars as they looked cute. Took ages to arrive, one of the products was the wrong one, and they are NOTHING like the photo or description, not figurines at all, just tiny flat acrylic cut outs. complete scam.

I am so glad I was not able to order the product I wanted to order my bank declined the payment for the order they must of known they were scammers thank you Lloyds 5 star stay away from this company you will not get what you want and you will lose the money has there customer service is rubbish, they do not call you or pick up the phone.

Total scam calender nothing like advertised they say they are uk based until you ask to return the item ans they are not uk. They don't reply to emails so big warning don't use as u loose money

Scammers keep well clear. Sent wrong item and just ignore emails
