Rich’s Boat Parts is a Fake company out of Singapore! If you ordered from them call your credit card fraud department! They verify order, say it shipped and give a fake tracking number. Has nothing to do with Rich’s Mobile Outboard Repair.

I placed an order and paid for it with a credit card. They claim it was shipped, but it was never received. I sent (three (3) emails asking for info on this shipment -- never heard back from them. Order# RBB100341

EDIT: These guys are crooks. They took down this website and just transferred everything to another website named hoibeo. Don't use them either or they will just scam you.

They said a part ordered was shipped by FEDX. Wrong tracking number. Wasnt delivered. Cannot get in contact as their phone and customer contact email does NOT work. very crappy company and website

I have contacted Fed Ex and they state that the Tracking number you gave me belongs to a shipment to a commercial company on Beach Blvd and that package was received and signed for by "VVAL". Now you are asking me for a review on my experience with your Rich's Boat Parts. I have sent an E-Mail and have been calling all day with no answer, just busy signal. Now I get an email from you to rate this process. I have ordered, paid and waited for my shipment, you say I have received it and I have not! So what should I do now?

They put wrong address on my package so it was delivered to someone else. They refuse to reply to my many emails to try and fix issue. The phone line is busy all the time so you’re screwed when you need help. They took my money … CROOKS!!!

package never delivered. Fedex tracking # went to a different name and address. No response from emails or text from seller. phone number does not work. had to dispute credit card charge.

Placed order ,received confirmation email, they charged my CC. No further contact, no answer to email, no tracking or shipping info. Wish i had looked at this trust pilot rating before ordering. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!

Fake tracking info to a local business. My house has no mailroom, and no one named Higgins!

So they dont know where they are , they charge your CC from Singapore, and use a fake tracking number, and no product delivered (shocking , I know)

I ordered sea dog wiper motor kit and the FEDEx tracking number was incorrect and I haven't received the wiper motor kit. Its been 8 days

Never received the package. Never heard back from email request about status. Phone number keeps ringing busy so I was never able to get a hold of someone. Business address looks fake.

took my money went to Singapore and no product delivery...emailed twice with no response...tried to call line constantly busy...same phone number for Kissimmee Florida and Provo Utah.?????...P/S would have given 0 stars if i could...

This is a scam business: they send orders to a random address in your area so that the tracking number gives you a delivered status! There is no merchandise being sent. They have been reported to the US government and to Master Card Credit Card service! Do not order from this scam business; look up the address and you can see it is not a business!

Product is lost did not receive as of yet shipped to wrong person and wrong address

I never received my order, although they say I did. The picture of the delivery is not my house, and the box in the picture is way too big, for what I ordered. I tried calling their 24/7 phone number, several times, but it's always busy.
I'm going to have to dispute the charge on my CC, to get a refund.
