The clothing I ordered arrived on a timely basis and I was astonished when I opened the box. The online pictures do not do these garments justice. The quality of the fabric is beautiful, the workmanship and design details are incredible. You may think the pricing is a little high but these garments are more than worth it. I have dresses that I paid a lot more for that would not stand up to the beauty and quality of RichRadiqs. Not only do they sell beautiful clothing their customer service is phenomenal. Any questions I emailed were answered the same day and our communication was always ended with “is there anything else I can help you with?” First rate company with first rate clothing.

I love the creamy peach background colour and the eyelash design not being a deep black but a charcoal making the colour play chic and subtle. The trumpet shape shirt sleeves are so chic and the collar is very well done and sits nicely. The eyelash lace design is placed with symmetry front and back of the pants and with continuity on the front side of the shirt. The Haute Couture style buttons are la creme de la creme. My little suggestion : an extra button would be an appreciated luxury touch. Until now, I always discarded buying palazzo sets because I never found one elegant enough in my eyes. Those days are gone because I found RICHRADIQS. I am very happy that I bought this set for my next vacation, but I am sure that I will wear this elegant eyelash lace set on other occasions as well.

The personal touch I received from this company was exceptional and the product was lovely. The exchange/return policy seemed a little mysterious but once I engaged (because of fit, not quality) I had very attentive and proactive service. I can’t believe how happy I am with the results of this online experience.

This is my first experience with this company. I ordered on December 25. Never heard back from this company. Out of the blue the dress arrives the third week in February. It was sized wrong or you sent whatever. There was no sizing on the dress. It's way too big and must be returned. I can not get a return label from this company. Need answers now. Dress is packaged ready to return today!

Ni Ventes Privées ni Galeries Lafayettes ne font si bien.

Very frustrating

This company, by far is one of the best on-line companies I have ever dealt with! Seriously, their customer service is top notch!!! I have a wedding abroad to attend to, and meanwhile, the dress got delayed at custom. Richradiqs pushed it through just so I can have my dress before I leave the country....and it didn't just end there. Once the dress was received, the dress fits really well but it does not compliment my body shape so sadly I had to return it. This company went way, way out of their way to assist me in returning the item. The dress was fitting friendly, for example, I wear a medium and the dress has a wonderful stretch to it. Had I been a size small or a large, it would fit me on both ends.

When I return from my trip, I will definitely look for something from this company that will look better on me. Thank you so much for your assistance to the rush order and for everything else that follows it. You are truly appreciated.

First, the Tassel Sequined skirt is absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship, the presentation ( how it was boxed and the personal note), and Customer Service is stellar. I received so many compliments. I needed my order in 4 days and I must say I received it. Amazing!!

If I could rate a 10 I would. I received the outfit quickly, and it was stunning, actually much more beautiful even than in the photos. However, had been for my MIL for a special event, and she was then unable to attend the event so we had to return it. Customer Service could not have been better - they were quick to respond, very pleasant and personable, and very helpful. I just discovered this company but I will be buying from them again! Their merchandise is lovely, and the outfit I had ordered was beautifully made.
