Riddles at Shiloh Crossing in Billings MT offered fabulous service. I took a ring with cracked band there. They were so friendly and helpful, and 2 hours later it was repaired at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Bought a ring from our local store and had to have a stone replaced three times. First of which was within 3 months of purchase. By the second repair our local store had closed so had to drive an hour for repair. By the third repair THAT store had closed as well. So now up to and hour and a half drive to closest store. By the third time I was fed up and just wanted to return the ring. The staff suggested maybe a different type of setting would not have so many issues so my husband suggested I just upgrade since our anniversary was coming up anyway.It was such a sweet gesture how could I refuse?...Mistake! I got a bigger ring which of course means bigger price.Well, it has been just over 2 weeks...yes 2 WEEKS and the stone has come out of this one. Seriously? I could understand if I was doing hard labor and banging this thing around but I work in an office! The staff is always friendly and helpful without being overwhelming but the workmanship is terrible. Makes you wonder why so many of their stores are closing!?

Awesome customer service- helped me with replacing the backs of special earrings and followed through to make sure they fit perfectly. I would go back anytime!

I took my semi-mount in to have my princess cut diamond put in it. The prongs had to be rebuilt. Riddles did a superior job for a reasonable charge. The ring is gorgeous! Thank you Riddles. Due to Christmas they were busy with back orders, so It took three weeks, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Riddles to anyone seeking to have jewelry repaired. The folks there are extremely friendly.

I love the charm but the green gold is very faint, Suggestion :: put larger leaves on it instead of inlaid over the outside of the bead ..
