People answer the phone!! You receive your cards on time.Price is good.I tried other ins. Came back.

insurance went up ..almost $100.00 and bike is a year older and im 50 and no tickets or accident.. Insurance should go down not up .. could not get an explanation from, rep.. Bait and switch feels like .. Last year cheaper and then you become customer and raise your ratte?

When I bought my new Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic I had problem transferring the insurance from my old Softail Classic to my new bike. All over the phone while at the dealership. I left with proof of insurance and a new bike. The customer service is the best I've every had from an insurance company. They seem to care about their clients.

Great motorcycle insurance company, they beat every other one out there for me price wise. I have had to do a couple of claims in the past and they always dealt with them in a timely manner. I recommend them

Customer service is always the best, only wish you offered 8 month policy as it is usually to cold to ride all year,and it would be great if you offered marine policys

I went to motor vehicle to re-register my bike, but they told me I needed something from my insurance company, rider was able to fax the form directly to DMV within minutes so I didnt have to make another trip back. I am extremely happy with Rider.
