Responded quickly to initial enquiry and promptly attended and provided a competitive quotation within a day of visiting. Of all the firms approached, Ridgecare were the only firm to actually go on to the roof to establish the actual problem and performed a temporary repair. Work successfully conducted within a week of first contact by a very professional and friendly team. Would certainly use them again.

A very efficient and professional firm - they provided a detailed quote advising what was the best way to fix my bay windows after birds had damaged them. They did a clean and tidy job and I am very pleased with it. Would definitely recommend using this firm.

Recently had a leak in our roof. RidgeCare came out quickly to inspect and identified that it was a split in the lead valley. They were keen to do a proper repair but also understood that we didn’t want to spend too much money on such an old roof. I thought the quote was reasonable. The work was arranged quickly. The guys who did the work were polite and helpful. They also replaced a number of other broken tiles to ensure we didn’t have any other gaps. They took lots of photos to which gave me confidence they had done a good job. Very happy with the experience and the finished job.

These guys were great to work with for the minor job I had. Despite it being a minor job (replacing missing/cracked/slipped slates) they were very responsive, and managed to squeeze my non-urgent job in the following day. They also had some great advice about another potential roof issue which turned out not to be an issue at all.

We have had intermittent leaks in the gutter between our conservatory (solid roof) and the house wall for a couple of weeks and others had either tried and failed to fix it or said that nothing could be done. Bill and John clearly explained what our options were and I felt comfortable in relying on their advice. The guys who did the work had to navigate around the great British weather and put in a real shift to get the job done. So far we have had no further problems so we are really happy with the outcome.

Last year my partner and I had some work down on our extension by a different building company and just several weeks after they had finished the job, we started to get leaks coming from the area in which they had build on to. We have lived in this house for almost 9 years, and we have never had a leak, until now. After going back and forth, the company accepted no responsibility, and it was down to us to have the roof repaired.

One year later and enough was enough. Bill, from Ridgecare roofing came round and inspected the roof and the area where the leak was coming from and explained in detail where the water was making its way in and how they would fix and rectify the damage. That same day Bill had sent over an invoice that broke down the cost of everything (cost of each piece of material and how much would be needed – cost for the builders and how many days it would take). I found this incredibly professional and appreciated the fact that I could literally see where my money was going. Something that I will look out for in the future with any other building company.
Bill was very easy to contact and would always respond within a few hours which was really helpful when I had questions.

Whilst replacing our flat roof and fixing the issue with the leak, John (one of the main roofers who carried out the work) was incredibly approachable and was happy to answer questions when they were carrying out the work, and explained to me how certain things would be done to ensure there were no leaks in the future. The lead work carried out by the company was excellent and truly finished off the new flat roof and made sure that it was watertight.

Since the roof has been completed (about 4 weeks ago) we have had several nights of rain, and most recently a very heavy down pour. Not a single drop of water has made its way through, and it is a massive relief knowing that the roof has been rebuilt to a brilliant standard and is watertight.

As I said at the beginning of this review, I would absolutely recommend Ridgecare roofing to anyone who is looking to have their roof fixed. Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism.

We had been highly recommended Ridgecare Roofing and they did not disappoint. We had some tiles on our roof sliding off dangerous, with kids and pets in garden we wanted quick turnaround, Bill and his team were out practically the next morning. Gave a really good quote, very helpful and knowledgeable. The team was always on time very friendly and we are over the moon with the results. in the end went we also decided a full Roof clean and the repairs looks superb, credit to all the guys at Ridgcare, would highly recommend,

Very quick to come & price for a repair on the roof of a domestic, single storey extension. Quote followed very quickly & repair also undertaken super fast. The lead flashing between the original roof & extension was replaced & various cracked slate tiles replaced. Neat & tidy job & all rubbish taken away.
