I have used ridgeway frozen for over 10years, since the start!!
On a personal level and on a business level and always perfect!! I wouldn’t use anyone else… orders always arrive less than 20hrs after ordering

I have ordered from Ridgeway many times, as a private individual, and through the course of my work. There have been a couple of minor issues over the years, but these have been dealt with promptly, professionally, and to my full satisfaction. Through the course of my work, this is my favourite supplier to deal with as orders are always on time and as described. I can 100% recommend this company and all that they do. A pleasure to deal with!

Ordered 15x frozen rats, despite being below the required amount to guarantee that they would arrive frozen the did indeed arrive frozen in super quick time and really well packaged, will definitely order again! Many thanks

Good experience overall

Best quality frozen rodents you can buy even though they're the cheapest we've found! Always extremely fast delivery and always still frozen on delivery! Won't order our rodents from anywhere else.

Ridgeway products are great, but their courier service (DPD) is a bit dodgy. They don’t knock on your door, just leave your parcel on the doorstep. And guess what? If it gets stolen, neither company takes responsibility. So, you’re left out of pocket, and the products aren’t exactly cheap. I’m happy to pay for the products, but I just want to make sure I get them.

Well packaged and punctual with delivery times

I ordered frozen rats for my Royal python as the shop I usually use doesn't supply the new size he needed. They arrived the next day securely packaged and perfectly frozen in dry ice. Even with the price of specialist delivery they were still cheaper that what I usually pay despite being a bigger size. As an extra bonus this is the first time I have been able to get my extremely awkward snakey friend to eat a rat that wasn't pure white so he approves too! I woukd highly recommend this company.

First time ordering from Ridgeway Frozen, and if this is anything to go by I'll be back again with another order. Well packaged, and everything arrived next day still completely frozen. DPD delivery next day, what more could you ask for? Full live tracking through the DPD app, no 5 hour delivery slots like you get with Royal Mail! My only complaint is they don't take PayPal, but then you can't have everything 🙂.

Cheapest I have found price wise. People may think £12-15 for delivery is expensive but they get delivered by dpd they come completely frozen and next day which I think is great. Will definitely be ordering again
