It took a few weeks to get the claim into the Tax Specialist from when i submitted the claim. However from the first contact with Silviva the claim was calculated and finalized on the same day. Excellent, trustworthy service. No complaints.

At the time you registered to use our services, we were experiencing our busiest period of the year, and customers were advised that the estimated timescale for allocation to a tax specialist was up to 10 weeks. I can see that once your claim was assigned to a tax specialist, it was calculated within 7 days. To help maximise any future claims, I would recommend keeping all receipts where possible or paying by bank card, as bank statements can often be used as evidence to support claims for eligible expenses.
