Initial phone call was reassuring and professional. I was highly anxious not liking sharing my home with unwanted quests. They booked me in swiftly despite me living a distance. Sourced an operative that was closest. Was given a date and and an estimated time of arrival which was adhered to. No having to sit in all day mallarky. Prompt arrival. Thorough inspection and I was talked through everything they were doing; the reasons why and the expected outcomes. I had follow up visits to ensure the treatment was working which of course it was. Very friendly yet professional at all times. I would definitely use this company again and recommend highly especially to those who live alone and are wary of letting people into your home. Cannot thank them enough for solving my problem of the uninvited quests. I even received an after care call checking I was happy with the service and asked if they could do anything to improve it. The answer was simple… no. A company that genuinely cares about their clients and their reputation! Excellent 👍

I had a black mould problem in my bathroom, that wouldn't go away, thankfully young man called albi was great help sorted it all and did the perfect job he was nice and accommodating couldn't a great personality came to give high ratings solely for his great work and service.

Communication is spot on - they establish very quickly what the issue is, what is required and then they deliver exactly what they promised. They do not try to sell you something that is not required and if you require them in an emergency, response is super quick! I use them in my professional world so recommend to any businesses reviewing their pest control but their awesome service would be suited to individuals too! Highly recommended!

Really knowledgeable, reassuring, professional and friendly. We had a false widow infestation, and it seems like our dog was bitten by one and had a very bad reaction. They came as soon as practicable and were very thorough as well as very helpful.

We had a horrid problem with bird mite at home. I was really freaked out by it and urgently contacted Pest Right - from reviews I’d read about them online. They were absolutely charming to deal with from start to finish and took such great care of our situation. It’s worth remembering that these guys are also approved by the governing body. Every member of the team that I dealt with were reliable, friendly and flexible. I felt safe leaving my home in their capable hands and it was also excellent that they were always prompt. I highly value that, given the busy life I lead. I know I can reach out should I need to in the future. I highly recommend them.

This is a great company. Iv used them on and off for 3 years due to a constant rat problem. They do everything they can and more. Would 100% recommend them. They are lovely people helpful in every way. I would not use anyone else.

I honestly can't thank the team enough! I have a massive fear of spiders and a few weeks back I opened my eyes to my worst nightmare! I had a nest of false widows! Pest right moved their busy schedule around to fit me in (I think the guy on the phone could sense my fear) the technician was over in no time and before we new it we was spider free! Once again thank you so much, you will always be the first people I call if I should ever have any other issues. Would definitely recommend!

Massive thank you to brilliant Steve and his team for outstanding work done on resolving our problem with pigeons nesting in our attic. To say that I was a bit stressed out with the pigeon issues is understatement, and I honestly can't praised them enough. Not only that they have removed 5 nests, fixed and sealed the roof, but they have also helped with cleaning the attic to perfection.
