I've bought a few registrations from Primo Registrations before now and their service is very good, but when I wanted to buy a plate recently, Right Reg was asking a hefty £1100 less than Primo. I thought that the deal was too good to be true, but it's simply that Right Reg works on much smaller profit margins - but the service was still absolutely faultless. Oliver was quick, efficient and very friendly and even though he was the cheapest on the market for my plate (which was available *everywhere*...), nobody could have provided a better service.

Very professional and well informed. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.
I called them at 2pm and registered my interest, at 3.30pm I had confirmation that my offer had been accepted, I paid the deposit and within minutes I received an email confirming everything. I paid the balance of the purchase by BACS and at 4.30pm I received the retention certificate. All in all in it took two and half hours to complete the deal.

very easy company to do business with. I was quite dubious about sending off a signed retention document to someone from the internet but i needn't have worried. They received my document, emailed me confirmation and paid the money into my bank account the same day.

Checked up on availability of a plate and less than two days later the transaction was completed. Excellent service, no pushiness, very straightforward.
