The worst customer service
Customer service provides the worst service ever. Rude and unprofessional individuals especially towards active duty personnel. They refused to refund me $12 for days that I did not park with them. Unbelievable. First time parking with this company and the last time parking with this company. Horrible experience. They even tried to charge me more money upon exiting.

While our standard policy typically does not allow refunds for unused days as stated in your booking confirmation, we are happy to make an exception for any and all active duty personnel, as we have done so in the past.
As discussed earlier today, we can process the refund of $12.72 once you provide a copy of your military orders confirming your early return. Although you mentioned these were attached, we have not yet received the documentation. Please resend a copy of your orders so we can finalize this for you.
Regarding the additional charges at the lot, please keep in mind that Rightway Parking is a third-party booking agency and does not own or operate the hotel facility. Presenting your email confirmation to the hotel staff ensures you are not charged twice. I am glad to hear this was resolved once the documentation was shown to them.
We value your service and would like to assist you with this refund, but we require your cooperation in providing the necessary documentation to proceed.

Hard to start reservation
Hard to start reservation. Every time I selected date, it went to a different screen and made me search again. 3 times.
Difficult to put times in. Blank screen, hit or miss to select time.
American Airlines (Largest in USA) was not on list. Neither was my flight nuimber.
