I ordered a pair of earring with a "FREE" bracelet, The bracelet went straight in the bin, I wouldn't even insult the charity shop by giving it to them! It is absolute RUBBISH.
The earrings are nowhere near as big as the photo, the "sparkly" stones are so small as to hardly notice and they are very flimsy. For £17 they are an absolute RIP OFF. Any 5* reviews MUST be fake as no one could possibly think this tat is good value. AVOID AT ALL COSTS *********************

Absolutely rubbish!!..I baught the necklace and braclet set and they only sent the necklace. They don't reply to any messages...AVOID

I had purchased Olivia rose gold clover pendent in April. The chain has turned black after being worn only twice. Really shocking to see such poor quality from what I thought would be a trusted brand.

I have even shared the picture of the product (as requested) over email however have not got any response yet.
No acknowledgment of the proof sent through email or any action to rectify the situation after multiple follow ups via email and chat.

I just received my order.they all look lovely but..., I tried my necklace and It was already broken therefore I will not have the chance to wear it at all.I hope the oder items will not be as bad in quality although I doubt it.

Ordered some earrings. Express delivery took a couple of weeks. Product finally arrived- earrings were damaged as a result of poor packaging. Quality of jewelry- extremely cheap. Contacted customer service, they refused to return offered an exchange. Took forever to get a response to return. All product sent back weeks ago April. So far, no credit back on my card. Do not shop with this company-

The advert said the necklace was adjustable, this is not the case.. False advertising!! I have message Riley Watson awaiting on reply.. I should have looked at real reviews before ordering.. Don’t waste your money..

Absolutely disgusted with this company. One item was not adjustable as stated in description so i couldn't wear as I intended . The other item broke within an hour if wearing. I contacted customer service to aske for help sent requested images etc and have heard absolutely nothing since! I contacted earlier this week to say if I didn't hear from them.i would write a bad review and still have has no response. Not only.are.their products totally unacceptable! So is their customer service! There are so many companies doing the same type of jewellery out there. So avoid Riley Watson ypu are totally wasting your money

Took ages to arrive , the earrings were unwearable because they don’t sit on the ear lobe , four claw earrings and way overpriced for what they are

Placed order 1 month ago not recieved it yet! But still get bombarded to purchase again! Won't be placing any more orders in the future total rip off !!!

Sent numerous emails stating I had not recieved order so asked for refund ....nothing!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Received my xoxo necklace bracelet ring and earrings this morning and I'm absolutely delighted with them I was worried at the beginning as I read some negative reviews but I won't be reading anymore negatively about this seller I am delighted with my riley Watson jewellery it is beautiful one very happy woman
