I’ve purchased several pairs of shoes from Riley River in the past and really liked them, but unfortunately, this last experience has made me decide not to shop with them again.

The biggest issue was the sizing. I ordered a size 9.5 because I needed a little more room than a size 9, only to be told that the 9 and 9.5 essentially fit the same. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why they are advertised and sold as two different sizes. I feel that this is very misleading to customers.

I simply wanted to exchange the shoes for the next size up, but what should have been an easy exchange became unnecessarily difficult. I ultimately ended up selling the shoes myself rather than continuing to deal with the situation.

It’s disappointing because I had been a repeat customer and genuinely liked their shoes. Unfortunately, their sizing information and the way my situation was handled have lost them a customer. I hope they make their sizing and return/exchange policies much clearer going forward.

This seller are criminals.
The description of the product is simply copy, the product is plastic crap, the product was sent from mainland china, the package was awful, the size is even wrong. THIS SELLER DOESNT CARE WHAT YOU RECEIVE, THEY WILL OPEN ANOTHER SITE AND DO THE SAME AGAIN. DON'T BUY FROM THE INTERNET SELLERS UNLESS YOU CAN VET THEM..PERIOD.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Got only one pair.I correspondent with them one month never get the second pair. My first pair of shoes was very bad qualities which I never did order. I think this is a scam.

Every thing, I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of boots $158.00..And a coat,$58.00...never got the coat still waiting for coat...Shoes was fake leather and wrong size both boots and shoes.Was promise an exchange, had many online conversations with agent named Justin. after reaching out several times was then told it was outside the exchange window.I lost $216.00...I am not pleased with this company.

Shoes are beautiful, elegant and comfortable, and the delivery was just on time for wedding… thank you

I purchased a shoes , but when it arrived was in a very poor condition , bad made , low quality material , bad fit , and when I asked for refund they gave me an option for Keep and Refund 15%: or store credit and if I want the full refund they gave me this address for return on my own cost

I bought several items, one shoe didn’t fit, they agreed after numerous emails I should send it back to TURKEY! I paid USPS $81 for shipping, 3 weeks later it was back in the USA, they refused to accept delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.

Nice well made sandals; however, I ordered a size nine and got a pair that were much larger and couldn’t be worn. Quite a disappointment.

I am disappointed with my recent shoe purchase from RileyRiver. The product I received did not meet the quality and appearance/expectations presented on the website. The shoes appeared poorly made, and the leather is not genuine leather.
Additionally, the overall purchasing experience was frustrating. Communication regarding my order was not as clear as I had hoped, and resolving my concerns through customer service has been ignored. As a customer, I expect better product quality and more responsive support.
I hope RileyRiver will take steps to improve both its product quality and customer service to provide a better experience for future customers.

Shirt looked nice online. Arrived with no tags at all. Poor stitching and thin cheap material. The shoes reek of chemicals. I mean reek. And also look cheap. I doubt they're actually leather.
I requested a refund and was told I could keep the items for a 15% refund, or return them for a store credit. I would never buy from this site again.

Parece ser una estafa. Compre unos zapatos, nunca llegaron, sin embargo desde esa fecha mi tarjeta de Banamex empezó a tener cobros que no reconozco. Ojo!!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter in NYC and the shoes arrived from China within two weeks and are lovely. They are a half size too small so she will donate and we shall keep looking. The communications from the company were EXCELLENT and included tracking. The shoes were packaged beautifully. Thank you, Riley River!

Easy to deal with and a wonderful product. I look forward to more purchases in the future.

Unable to wear the shoes, I need a wide shoe. But they are some beautiful shoes. My brother in-law is able to wear them.
