got this shirt for a weekend trip and it ended up being my go-to, honestly got a few compliments when I wore it with jeans. thank god the shipping was on time so I didn’t get late for my trip❤️❤️

Wanted to get my friend a nice jacket and then i found this one on there website. She loved it, says it looks really nice and goes with everything, comfy to wear all day. came packed well and on time. Glad i got it for herr🤗❤️

Honestly didnt expect this sweater to be this good for the price. the knit feels soft and comfortable and keeps me warm without feeling heavy, was packed neatly😊

The item description states the material is "premium leather". Which is deceiving, dishonest, and predatory because the material IS NOT LEATHER, and by far, there is nothing "premium" about it. It is very poorly made and sized incorrectly (My size is US women 7.5 I ordered US size 8 - and the shoe fits extremely uncomfortable). Moreover, the item has a strong odor, which leads to a conclusion it was made using materials/technology that may potentially be harmful. RileyRiver provides a false and deceiving product description, and substitutes a good-quality item (product picture on RileyRiver website) with a poorly-executed copy.

Wasn’t sure at first but this coat is actually really good fits nice, feels warm without being heavy and came packed well with no wrinkles. Delivery was on time Happy with it 👍

This is a HORRIBLE company. You eventually get the item you ordered but there is ZERO customer service. Shoes are very cheap looking. Quality is terrible. Light and flimsy material. If you try reaching out, you won't get a reply. Total waste of money.

Do NOT buy from this company. I am having the same experience these other buyers describe having. Not responding. Now the’ve responded and don’t want to refund the shoes. They have no return process. This company appears to be a scam. Very bad customer service.

The shoes are amazing! Would have got 5 stars if shipping was faster, if tou need quick give it 6 weeks. Very well made and comfortable!

Total scam. The shoes are a piece of crap. The size that they say they are plan on them being three size smaller in their policy they said for defective items that they will do a full refund that is not true. Everybody gets the same emails saying that it will cost them $30 to send it back bad reviews all over the Internet people have the exact same stories beware horrible horrible company report them to every online review site or Better Business Bureau. You can better yet don’t buy from them.

I’m a nurse practitioner, which requires me to have comfortable shoes and casual attire. Well these shoes does both, and I’m so pleased with my purchase, I will get the other 2 colors

Riley River Shoes look great in photos, but when they arrive, they are very poor quality, made in China. Customer service is iffy, they will give you a slight refund, if you keep them. I shouldn’t have given in. I never wear them, took a few pairs to a cobbler to see if I could have them dyed and they said that the quality is too cheap to dye. So I’m stuck with shoes I’ll never wear. Big waste of my money and time. Buyers Beware!

I ordered shoes. They were beautiful but sizing not right, way to small. Would have liked to exchange but have called and emailed over 6 times, NO RESPONSE. After reading other reviews, which I should have done first. Will never ordered again...SCAM.
Unless you know the retailer Never ordered on line. So many scams. I dont know why these cant be shut down. Such a shame our world has come to this.

The day after my shoes arrived I contacted Riley River via support@ for a return followed by 4 more email attempts. No response so I contacted AMEX to dispute the charge. AMEX contacted Riley River and they told them I never contacted them. I sent AMEX a copy of the 4 emails I had sent and then Riley River said they sent a return authorization which they never did.

I love the fit, the comfort, the look.
Everything about this shoe is absolutely stunning, and elegant. The shipping was pretty fast, too.

These shoes look great, they took forever to get here. They have a very unusual odor, that I hope goes away.
