First off I ordered a small pallet of Dewalt tools/Amazon returns and what I received was a tiny precision screwdriver set that I paid damn near $50 for. I emailed the company ask them the procedure for returning the item and told them that I would like a full refund and a prepaid shipping label. What I got was them apologizing about my unboxing experience and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone since. Customer Service is horrible. And I would be pennies to dimes that I’m not gonna get a refund or a shipping label to return the three dollar precision screwdriver set that they sent me.

This SCAM is nothing but a joke,
Ordered and paid for 2 x Extra Large Boxes, promising a load of all sorts of electronics and goodies, and received a USBC Charging Cable and Micro 12V charging adaptor.
For what I paid, I could of bought boxes of what I received.
Have been trying to contact, e-mail or get hold of them in numerous ways, including all the details they have on their website,
ALL Undeliverable and unable to respond.
DO NOT GET SUCKED IN LIKE I DID !!

We ordered a basic and a super mystery box from this company, supposedly containing products that have been returned to Amazon. This is no reflection on Amazon. I am writing this review to warn people about the company selling mystery boxes. We received two items from them that totalled $10.00 in value, where we spent $110. Shame on us for trusting this site, but shame on them for false advertising that basically borders on fraud. BEWARE!!!!! Don’t make the same mistake that we did.
