Motorhome insurance, very competitive.
Knowledgeable salesman, efficient, curtious.pleasant.
It did take 18 minutes on the phone to do all the paperwork, and asked loads of questions, as I was in no hurry I was ok with that.

Straightforward process. Price qas much less than the nearest other quote. However it's only in the event of a claim that you find out how good an insurance company is, and let's hope i never get to find that out!

If you send an email to a customer…
If you send an email to a customer requesting something (proof of no claims for example) then make sure that that email address is monitored when a customer uses it to send said information to you.
